I have been out about 5 times so far in western PA. I have caught roughly 25 bass, and 7 Northern Pike on gold/black original rapalas, my custom spinner baits, and have done very well on crushcity "the mayor" shad swimbaits, using 4/0 weighted spring hooks. God bless

One bait that I use for the spring time and catch a lot of bass with is the YUM crawbug. Definitely recommend this bait in the red colour.
