If you want a 50cc Piaggio, just get a Piaggio Typhoon or Aprilia SR50. Hell, the Typhoon even has a similar aesthetic to the Prebug.

When my brakes were not working too well even with new pads it was because the inside of the drum so the rim was filled with a bunch of random stuff, nice wipe with brake cleaner fixed it right up

In Europe we have mbk boosters they are like almost the same but better i would reccomend you to try one

If your thinking of getting a piaggio I have a piaggio zip with a stage 6 70 kit, and it wheelies like a beast even when it was stock

Man you were lucky with that battery, that could have took down the whole garage! As for the slave cylinder, it's not got enough movement - it's not about strength, just ratio of movement at the master to movement at the slave. You want more movement on the slave, which will result in more force being needed up top. So it won't feel as 'solid' but you will get full engagement. Also, throwaway comment, you mentioned YT don't like wheelies? Man, that's all I'm here for : )

With those masters you need to blees it too if you haven't already, got me the same!

Gilera runners all day long been building them since 2005 50-70cc and 125-172 👌💪 but looking at building a Yamaha for the boy so been watching your vids to see if I should stick to gillys or not lol 😂

for the hydro is the locking nut causing it to bottom out and stop the pull? at the bottom where you can adjust the threaded piece.

You need to put the 12 inch rims on the Zuma the are the best I use to have them on my or if u want oil break for the back u use the 13 inch rims mbk nitro

Seen them hydro kits for a clutch, might be ok for that but not enough pressure for a brake

hey wassup, I'm kinda new on this scooter scene and found a lot of videos in your channel abt it, I am thinking about changing my variator rollers weights in order to gain some top speed the only question I have is if I can do that without changing anything else, the scooter is stock and it seems locked up at 60km/h the speedometer shows 100 tho and I also feel like it can get some values near that. Also changing the variator weights would solve this issue or should I change the pipe too? Keep up with the great videos bro!

I have basically the same problem with my rear drum brake...if I put more tension on the lever without pulling the brake the wheel is blocked, but if i set it to not block then doesn't grabs even if I pull the brake lever...what to do?

I have a 1999 prebug Zuma, I changed the ignition coil, spark plug, got a new carb, new reed valve, new ignition with keys, new lines all around. Completely stock & it HAS spark. But my carb keeps flooding with the old & new one, idk if it could be the timing is off or what but it just won’t start at all. Any help is appreciated!

Maan this poor thing sure has had alot of names, haha.. First time we got it in EU, it was under the original name; MBK Booster.. Then Yamaha bought up MBK, and it became the Yamaha BWS.. I think the cable part with the spring on it is to long and if you shorten it up it would be better

Hopefully have my Aerox back up and running within a month missed it

The battery might went bad because you didn't disconected the negative connector from it while welding the frame

those are more top end pipes like the c16 i put on my f12, i really just shoot for a solid bottom and mid sense this is a stunt bike the yasuni r is perfect 👍

The top one is a Trailtech vapor, I think the fuel gauge is on the bottom of the bar; Stage6 i think?

I ordered the hydrolic break from ali express for 50$ got everything except fluid went to auto zone for that , mine works great I got a different slave than yours , cause I didn’t want to cut case and mine bolt up great

yea i run one on the f12 . but this engine really doesn’t have the power needed for one as they’re more for top end builds. this is just for stunting so mid range is perfect!

I like that hydraulic rear brake kit, but it's still just a scooter drum brake, you're expecting too much of it. It could be the brake arm itself may need to be adjusted on the splines, or the drum on the rim may be worn too far out of spec; Should tell you in the manual how much wear is too much... I dunno. I assume you greased the brake arm shaft and all the pivot pins; and your spring that's on the shoes is in good shape and seated...I've messed with drums on my scoots a lot, but they require a lot of screwing around to get them dialed, and sometimes you can never get them right, especially the rear brake. If it were me, I'd start by checking the wear on the drum on the rear wheel, measure it and see if it's still within spec; if it's too worn out it doesn't matter how the setup is, you will not get it to work the way you want. BTW that headlight is killer!The blue bubble screen is cool too, but might get the cops attention! 😂

well the problem isn’t the drum, it works perfect with the cable brake haha. it’s only when using the hydraulic brake it’s not grabbing all the way

@@MOPBOYZ then it sounds like the piston on that hydraulic setup isn't traveling far enough to fully lock up the brake. Hopefully you get it figured out and it's not a common thing on those kits! maybe it has something to do with the adjustment on that threaded rod, I noticed there was a lock nut on there too. you should measure the travel on the rod, and then measure the travel on your cable and see if that's the issue, when you have the time, that is.
