I Built a Remote Control Rogal Dorn Tank from Warhammer

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

I was asked by many to make this. And basically I ended up getting the build sponsored by Playon table top who reached out to me to make a rc tank for their channel, and we decided the best tank to convert would be the Rogal Dorn. So for those who asked here is your remote control Rogal Dorn. Also I know I made one for them but I don’t sell or make these for commissions due to the amount of work involved. If that changes I’ll make it known. Thanks for watching

Man you could make an absolute killing just creating kits to help people convert warhammer tanks like this. Having a video guide like this to follow along with and some of the soldering done already so you just have to drill and fit the stuff in your tank, I think a lot of 40k nerds like myself would buy into that in a big way.

I know people complain constantly about the rogal dorn not having a proper bottom, but the thing is- you won’t ever see it. Back in earlier editions, vehicles would be flipped upside down to make it clear that they where a wreck. Since you couldn’t just explode a vehicle just because. You, as the opponent had to go out of your way to roll a die, on a “vehicle damage table” to see what would happen. And even then, you had to have weapons strong enough to actually make something explode. Tangent aside, it’s clear that GW isn’t going back to that system anytime soon, and so, the Dogal Rorn Tattle Bank doesn’t have a bottom.
