I am amazed how many people do not price their things for sale and have no idea what they want. It's like they don't expect anyone to buy it.

People mean well but it irks me when I ask how much and they act blown away and stumped. It's a yard sale, what did you expect and if you think its worth a fortune, just don't put it out.

As soon as that lady said he saw the prices on ebay, I was like yeah nope time to walk away. The fact that they didn't have any prices ready for their items just shows you did good in walking away better not to waste time on one sale and go onto another one.

No harm in throwing out a number even if they looked up the price. Worst they say is no and you still walk away. Only takes a few seconds.

Some nice garage sales you guys went to. Very good buys. Also a very good strategy you two had with one starting at the other end of the street.

Look for cracks and dents in the bats when buying.

The PS3 is the backwards compatible which is run PS1,2&3 this guy if it’s work especially run the ps2 then it worth $200 to 240+ shipping. I just sold one for $220. It’s expensive because it’s run PS2 games

I was at a sale and nothing was priced people would pick something up ask the wife she say ask my husband who was sitting in the shade do they would carry whatever it is over to the husband who would quote an outrageous price the person would say ok never mind and put the thing down near the husband. You could actually watch everything in the sale rotate towards the husband. They didn't sell anything but everything moved lol

Nice finds again, i can see the ps3 is the very first 60gb version. If it works its worth more then a regular ps3, since it can play ps2 games as well.

Most people don’t really understand how garage sales are suppose to work. Etiquette is pretty bad nowadays. Biggest problem I see is people leaving signs up.(someone else’s job I guess)

Signs up after a sale is a huge pet peeve. We end up driving to your house , waste time, gas. I’m tempted to knock on door and say where’s your sale?

Ug it kills me to see you walk away from the pokemon cards! Lol If you find pokemon cards in a binder chances are it's nicer stuff that someone wanted to display, and even better when the people selling it don't know anything about pokemon. Haha. 3 things to check for with pokemon cards is whether they're vintage (1999-2004) or modern (walk away if theyre between 2020 to 2024), rares (will have a small star on the bottom right or left corner) and holos, and condition. Just a little tip for resellers who don't know much about pokemon cards! The market fluctuates a lot for them, right now is a good time to buy actually.
