You passed up a lot of $$ by not buying those silver coins... Not necessarily collector value but just silver value on each one is multiples of what he wanted.

Silver sells fast too. There is even a website that figures melt value per coin without any math. Last time I sold a lot of walking liberty halves got way more than melt and they were worn like those. Live and learn. Wish I had your knowledge on other stuff like games, I'm trying! haha

@@cincinnatipicker for real. The guy that did it and got caught was interviewed. He was a serial burglar that broke in museums and stole sports memorabilia and art. To watch him tell his story about Yogis rings was heartbreaking. Yogis rings were remade and given to the family, but it’s not the same.

It kind of bugs me when people "Look up prices on Ebay" without knowing what they were doing. He looked at "listed" prices on the Star Trek items. The one he had priced at $300 was SELLING for $40-$90. UGH!

Yeah I have eBay set up on sold listings when I'm at thrift shops

So I had to look up that $300 Star Trek model since the model number was so clear. One is listed NIB for $367 then next down is $167. Completeds? $50-90 NIB 😂

Time out! You said “by far” your best find was that unused Global Elite fast pitch glove that you paid $30 and “hope to get about $80”. And you almost dismissed 2 American Girl books worth $40-$50 EACH that you paid .50 each for!! I’d say “by far” those books were the best find of the day. May not be as exciting to you as the bats and gloves but they were a way better investment.

Ebay prices and garage sale prices are NOT equivalent people!!

Some narration throughout the video might make it more interesting.
