I laughed out loud with tears in my eyes. Remember with Grand parents, it’s the thought that counts. I have 6 Grands and my little grand daughter can find a special rock on the ground and give it me with excitement in her eyes, and I love that rock because she was thinking of me, You’re a good granddaughter! And a good driving instructor.😎👍

The theme of this story has been, “what’s that rattling sound?” The whole time 😂😂😂😂 She’s either going to have a blast driving her new car or she’s going to have a blast telling everybody that you bought it for her. Either way, I think she likes it!

Fun to watch, driving a Bug is a bit of a lost art form. My dad drove his 1969 Bug until age 92 and after he died at 100 I got it and have had a lot of fun driving it. Nice work!

Great gift for grandma. She will have to get used to it for sure. A auto stick would be perfect for her. I had a 1969 auto stick. Easy to drive. Great video. 👍

Yeah I had to take what I could find though! Hahah I was budgeting $5k on the car and then we put a few more thousand into it rebuilding it. She drove a stick decades ago but I suspect she will do fine again after some practice. Thanks so much for watching!!

She has! But she's had an automatic now for over 30 years so it'll take a few tries around the neighborhood to get it back. It's a really small town anyway. It would be hard to get into a wreck in that town. lol

Thank you for being here for it!! Yeah we did a ton of work to it. Fixed it up in the previous videos. Of course, Hal did all the mechanical work.

looks like Florida or somewhere near there. You need to bulletproof it before she is driving that car. put some disc brakes on it so they dont need adjustment every month. Pointless distributor so they dont all of a sudden close up then she might not be afraid to drive it.
