If you had your heater in defrost mode to clear your windshield, it runs your air compressor so that puddle under the van may just be condensation from the air compressor.

That was going to be my suggestion as well but you beat me to it. I clean out units and take at least 4 or 5 empty totes. All those sneakers could be put in 1 tote so you don't have to sort or pick them up later. Hangers, dirty clothes, and trash...toss it in one bin since you already went thru it and knew it was going to be trash. Why sort the stuff twice. And if it was a larger unit...sorted bins could be stacked... not just laying on the floor of van

I’m retired so I’ve gotten more into woodworking and I enjoy making different things. The hard part is finishing (painting) my projects because here in Washington state it’s damp and cold. Taco win! You are so smart to have your own storage. After watching your mrbuysalot vid I have become a whatnot watcher and I can say if you sold on there that clothing in that size sells super well. Also for sneakers I wonder if my method of getting smells out ofephemera would work? I seal it in a tub with a bit of cat litter and a lot of baking soda. A common thrift on what not has a Sunday night tee show and those tees are worn too

Saddle leather coach bag(s)? Taco has his money back in purses. The sneakers are a slam dunk as long as they're not fakes, but no one fakes saddle leather bags. They're too darned expensive on the front end.

The shoes in the Coach box are Ralph Lauren Polo shoes, so not cheap. You should make a nice tidy sum from all those shoes. Well done.
