Amazon Maintenance Tech here. The conveyor stuff I noticed has TGW branding which is 1 of the 4 main contractors for Amazon. They mainly are used for smaller distro centers or DUT sites, amd some of the smaller SSD (Sub Same Day) AR sort centers. That box of MDR (Motor Driven Roller) a ND Sick brand photo eyes are definatley worth more than the 6 grand you paid. The belts, and additional hardware is also worth some dollars so it's looking good just o that portion alone. The main controllers that are used for those kinds of systems are customer to each site and tend to be delivered separately and are setup Fter most of the beds are measured, built and laid out. If you ever want to setup a conveyor system give me a ring!

Do you see the amount of people he pays and help support their families. I don't think they want to work for free either. I bet your ass wasn't down there shoveling snow by hand. Especially right now when anything Allen Bradley is incredibly hard to get with shipping times +6 months out some PLC's are 18+ months out. Turns out he was Happy with $6,000, he got his truck emptied and straight away went to pick up a load, he was back in business. His contract with Dave was complete. Luckily the goods that were unloaded, were in good condition and can be sold on. Let’s play devils advocate….. Dave offers $6,000, the offer is accepted. Driver turns up with a truck full of perishables, all now decomposed and need to go to landfill. It’s now going to cost Dave more money to dispose of it all. The only problem is to find a buyer for a custom belt. Ideally they would find the original buyer and they would still need it. But yeah the belt is worth much more than all the games combine.

@@jakestarr4718 Those thing are built to last. They are not going to buy a duplicate of the all system for the few part they would need in the next 20 years. Maybe the belt itself and the roller. But the rack is not going to break anytime soon. In any case with the investment they just made they are not going to bother. Its probably the same reason the fabricator did not want it back. They rather just collect the insurance than having to store this stuff and ending up throwing it away anyway.

Dave, I’ve watched you help so many people, (total strangers) in need on your videos. You’re a good man Dave and you have a big heart. As our world gets crazier you are an inspiration for people to be caring and to become better people while we are here. Good rewards come to those who are good people. I love your channel, keep it going brother.

What a wonderful woman who bought the clothes for that little cold baby. God bless you for doing that, what a beautiful act of kindness ❤❤, thank you!!!... They need to give that baby to somebody who would love him and who actually gives a darn whether he gets pneumonia or not!! I hope she has been charged w/criminal neglect, no excuses for that...NONE!!! THERE ARE GOVERNMENT AGENCIES OUT THERE WHO WILL HELP THIS MOTHER IF SHE CAN'T AFFORD TO BUY WARM CLOTHES FOR HER CHILD. (I would send some money but don't trust the mother to actually spend it on her child.) She really acts like she just doesn't care, dancing down the aisle!!! ***God bless the baby, and thank you again ma'am for buying him some warm clothes! You're an angel😇!!! ❤🙏🏻❤️,***

@heavydsparks those orange rollers are for “clutch” conveyors and help assist the counts of what is transported on them. The orange is also a gripping material to help move drums, boxes, etc. I can help with the conveyor line if you ever want to give it a shot! 😅
