I am so glad that there are 8 people in the world with the same shitty humor as me.

He was incredibly thin at the START of his career being 6’ and weighing about 160lbs when he was 19-23 and he got to be about 250lbs by the end of his career at the age of 42 but really he wasn’t as heavy as people thought, his face and liver were just incredibly bloated from the opioids, benzodiazepines and barbiturates RIP to the king

@darklizzy7970.....He was very ill and col Parker had him still on the stage when he should have been in the hospital. I agree with you on that 1977 televised (should not have been) concert. He looked bad, was out of breath and only had 3 good songs, and they WERE strong, but that's it. You go over and read the comments of that video and all the people say it's great. I am his biggest fan and it was not great. He was very sick, and dying. I miss him terribly, as millions of others do.

There is so much misinformation and flat out lies about Elvis. Yes, Elvis, like many men in their 40's was a little overweight. However, look at any photo of him at his biggest, and if you look, you will see that his arms and legs are very thin, and his midsection is destended. The main reason was he had genetic issues with his colon and those became compounded when Elvis became addicted to prescription medications. The pills clog anyone's digestive system naturally, but with Elvis' genetic abnormalities with his colon, it really became a big problem, and when they did the autopsy on Elvis there was like 30 pounds of like a white concrete like substance, which was years of pills clogging up his colon that they found. I hate talking about that, but in order to explain to people what he was dealing with I sometimes will bring that up.

He didn’t go obese from money it was liver disease. His manager Tom Parker fed him drugs pretty much so over time it ruined his figure. It wasn’t his fault or fame. But yes he did eat quite a bit.
