Did you know around 65 million people die each year in the world. That is 178,000 each day, 7,425 each hour, and 120 each minute. Do you think about what happens after you are gone? Where is your soul going? Have you heard of a place called heaven and a place called hell? Today I want to urge you to give your life to Jesus. Salvation is gifted to us from God out of pure love. All we need to do is believe and follow Jesus Christ. Make the right choice today, tomorrow may be too late.

Grocery stores nearby used to sell what they called "Butcher's bundles" for about $25. They'd come with 4 cheap steaks, 4 cheap chops, 4 sausages, two packs of 8 hotdogs, and 8 chicken legs. 10 meals worth of protein for a broke couple, shit was wild and it all tasted great straight from frozen to frying pan. Honestly those meals carried our grocery game for the first year or two of living together

I meal prep weeks in advance. For my steaks, I take a Spencer roast and cut 1¼ inch thick steaks out of it. Usually end up with 3 - 8oz steaks per roast. Season, let sit in fridge for a few hours then vacuum seal them individually. I've noticed zero difference in quality if it's thawed or fresh... that being said, I've never ever cooked a frozen steak. This is actually fascinating that it cooked so well.

I buy steak in bulk so I end up freezing most of them. I've had no problem with cooking them frozen either. I can also thaw them pretty quickly in hot water.

Yes you can use hot water if you're really wanting to get it done I use cold water to if I have time to wait and I actually like using warm/ hot water to wash the meat off lemon juice, apple cider vinegar or regular white vinegar I feel like hot water really rinses off that excess stuff off of any kind of meat

  • @rebadarby4526

Actually I have found cooking some meats from frozen helps them to be juicier and sometimes even more tender..... especially if baking them. I do it a lot with chicken.... especially chicken breast. Like if I am making baked bbq chicken or baked "Italian dressing" chicken. But I will also do it if I am making my quick fried chicken. I will bake the chicken (typically from frozen) until just done or just under done as I don't want it falling apart/falling off the bone. Then I will take it out and let it cool to room temp. Once that is done I will take and coat in seasoned flour, egg, then either seasoned flour or panko(or seasoned bread crumbs) and shallow fry like normal....it doesn't take but a few minutes and if you someone who is always afraid you aren't getting the chicken cooked all the way through when frying, you don't have to worry about that as the chicken is already cooked. First time I did this NO ONE noticed... actually many of my family thought it was BETTER than my traditional fried chicken. And the cool thing is you can bake off the chicken the day before and the next day you can have fried chicken in half the time or less

  • @Buddyrtc

I think the scientific explanation behind that is that the water in the cells freeze, expand, and rupture the cells. That means you end up with more juice lost, meaning a tougher steak overall
