So before saying Amen tonight, I said I AM LOVE and then I prepare to meditate before going to bed and I see this meditation! Confirmation! Thank you for this beautiful meditation. I AM going to bed with LOVE in my heart and a smile on my face 😊🤗

This is one of my favorite guided meditatons, I peridodically use it. The way I go deeper and deeper with this "scuba diver embodiment" gets me on the brink of a hypnotic state, and I can feel the energy in my heart chakra expanding. Thank you, I feel more whole and complete each day.

Thank you! I needed this. Synchronicity at work. I woke up today with these thoughts: Who else is up very early, immediately after you open your eyes, and thinks WTF is going on? It’s mind boggling if you think about the fact that THE ENTIRE WORLD is at a standstill. 🤯 I wish I could just go back to sleep but I can’t stop thinking about all the repercussions that await us from what we’re ALL going through right now. I just wish we we’re prepared for this as a country and under the leadership of someone who really cared about our health and safety rather than about how much profit can be gained from the circumstances we find ourselves in. Will this finally open the eyes of those who don’t believe that the MOST important thing about a country is how well it’s people are taken care of? That the importance of healthcare for ALL, the importance of supporting teachers, medical staff and scientists should be our outmost priority? The importance of having a solid infrastructure that can withstand anything? I feel too much time and money has been wasted in looking outwards and in creating fears of others on foreign soil with different customs, skin colors and beliefs, rather than looking inwards to make us be the strong nation we’ve been led to believe we are because we have the capacity to go and oblitarate others with military force. Does that make you feel safe? Or would knowing your country could take care of you and your fellow citizens in a time of need make you feel better? I hope this indeed is what I’ve known all along, that in order for there to be real change, in order for there to be light, we must face the darkest of times together as ONE. We can now feel true empathy for those others that have always suffered the most and whose cries for help we’ve neglected to hear. Remember that WE are indeed ONE. That whatever you do affects others. That actions have consequences and that LOVE is the sole energy capable of healing what ails us. I am trying my hardest, under these circumstances, to be LOVE, to not get sucked into the HATE, to not lash out in anger because I feel helpless or frustrated at our current powers in charge. I must remind myself daily of what my soul knows, that indeed: I AM LOVE. And so are you. GO, BE LOVE! 🌟❤️🌟 #onelove
