Love this meditation! I visualized the crystal before she even said it! ✨💎 Only wish there was more time to visualize everything- especially when giving the crystal all of my worries - I had a lot to release and felt rushed. Still a great meditation though!

I sometimes don't know if these guided meditations work for me where their is a lot of talking going on, I kinda loose focus lol I dunno. I guess it takes practice.
