Update 2/16/23: If you are wondering, I just got a full refund. They asked first, if we give you 10 dollars refund ok to keep bag? I said no. Then they ask how about 20? Which I said no, I need a full refund. They finally just gave me the full refund. I cant blame them for trying to bargain with me 😂 If you are interested and want this bag. DM on IG and you can have it! Just pay for shipping and maybe you can fix it? Otherwise I'll be donating it.

ugh so disappointing. I have bought and sold on eBay and it's so annoying to hear of people scamming, as a buyer I want to buy with confidence and as a seller I want people to feel the same with me. I'm happy you got your refund!!

I think songmont is a great brand! Just don't buy from eBay...

Wow, definitely a knock off. Even when you make it a dumpling purse by hooking the two ends together, the shape doesn’t match what I have seen in many other videos. That is crazy of them. I hope you got your money back.

It was so bad. I did get my money back. They tried to negotiate with me saying oh will you keep the bag if we gave you 10 dollars back? I said no. How about 20? I was like no. I want all of my money back. They finally refunded me and told me to keep it. Which I ended up donating it; I didn't know what to do with it lol

Same! It boggles my mind how I saw so many knock offs of these “affordable luxuries” for like $50, $80 but what is more unbelievable is that there are people loving these knock offs and raved about them.

I would never buy anything on ebay.

Girlie, you need to see the real bag! When you buckle both sides together and form a dumpling, it doesn’t collapse like yours and you can still fit all your essentials in there. I do agree that having the extra handle on the dumpling is a bit crass, and I think that dumpling shape is already fancy/formal and cute enough as it is and doesn’t need that extra handle on top.

I would love to see the real bag! I feel like songmont popularity has died down a bit which is quite sad. I think the value that you get it's definitely worth the money based on the other reviews I've seen. Thanks for sharing!

@@Somehowadulting I was actually thinking otherwise ~ I thought more and more people are aware of this brand now (including myself). Recently I saw a few of my favourite KZreadrs have been using the Songmont Luna bag and it wasn’t sponsored. They literally bought with their money and loved it and wanted to share on their channels. That’s how I found out about this brand and recently bought my own. I haven’t used it yet but already tried putting my usual essentials in there and fits everything perfectly. I have to give some credits to the Songmont team too as I emailed them a couple of times asking questions before purchasing, both times they responded within 24 hours. My bag also arrived in 7 days after placing my order, and I got lucky with no duties (I live in Canada). There are also tons of videos of the real bag on KZread 😉

I'm glad to hear that! I do buy alot of indie brands myself. I get bags sent to me to review here and there but largely I spend a lot of money buying these bags. I think these indie brands are highly underrated. Yes customer service is very important and honestly it doesn't take much to have great customer service...unlike...polene. 😂 thanks for sharing maybe I'll have to look into songmont again.
