The Songmont website only has a few still photos, so your videos are super helpful to get a sense of how to get in the bag, etc. I like the slouchy look where the flap resembles Asian roofs, and I also appreciate the pockets on the sides; I'd put my phone in one and use the other pocket for my receipts.

Congrats on the 40k! 🎉 Songmont is coming realllyy close as my next purchase. Eyeing the taupe medium song (practicality, might switch my “running errands with my dog” canvas bag to this lol) or ivory mini song (slowly adding “color” as my bags are mostly black but I just added the loewe miniin tan and dont think I can enjoy both mini bags fully if I buy it this soon)

I've had my eye on the Loewe Puzzle bag, and this Songmont bag totally gives me that same vibe! I'm a bit of an over-packer, but this bag can fit all my EDC essentials like a champ. The best part? Unlike the Songmont bag, it's got zippers, so I feel way more secure with my stuff. I wonder how this bag will look like in tan.

this is the most unqiue bag ive seen so far! and the absolute best thing about it is the nod to those traditional roofings in chinese architecture which ive always found to be so beautiful whenever sightseeing in asia. aside from that, i lovee the loewe style slouch and relaxed structure of the bag. so glad theres a similar look now that can be found for less than the puzzle bag 🍦🍦

I really like this bag for many reasons. I like the structure, material, and the fact that it is a "quiet luxury". Nevertheless, the color is not me. I like traditional bags and occasional pops of color BUT cream vanilla color ... my clumsy self would get too dirty too quickly.
