Since the new venue has a 1.5 diesel engine, you should do a ride review of that. The new I20 seems really good, no reason this wouldn't be either

@@dr.melvinphilip4192 i don’t think so bro because I drive 300 diesel daily and it feel so stable on high way (120-130kmph). And I'm happy with XUV300. Ecosport is also a good vehicle but for long run it feels uncomfortable.

I bought the 1.0 dct variant after test driving the diesel variant and I agree about the power and kick in the pants feel. The turbo petrol has good feel and power but the only let down is mileage. I'm getting around 10-11 kmpl in bangalore traffic which is quite disappointing to me. Nevertheless let me see after the first service

@@aniketingale2707 Duster still has the best ride quality of any car ( except the Hexa ) below 20 lacs. Steering feel and feedback is better despite XUV having multiple steering modes. Only place where the XUV shines is the diesel. I test drove the XUV a while ago and I loved the diesel, I never felt a shortage of power on overtakes or anything. I would've booked it if they had executed the design a bit better, now it looks like it was chopped with a knife perpendicular to the roof, at the back. I just cannot digest that side profile.

Or you could just read the TeamBHP review :D If I remember correctly, it is the only car below 20 lacs with an independant rear suspension. It just glides over any broken road, trust me, it's that good.

I drove this car for a month now it’s pretty decent in terms of looks and interiors but the performance of engine is not up to the expectations but very economical and refined engine Pros: interiors BlueLink safety front and rear looks sunroof steering controls especially in turns good ground clearance mileage city 17kmpl highway 22km HD screen auto android and CarPlay good voice command navigation good space wireless charger back camera Cons: need to change gears under powered engine if you wanna race and overtake fast bit expensive 13 lakhs topend diesel

It definitely is underpowered. They should've either provided the 1.6 in a lower state of tune, to save costs, or retune the 1.4 to ateast match the competition.

For anyone who doesn’t drive like a maniac as shown in this video,venue would be just fine, who in the right mind would rev a diesel motor past 5000rpm and say it doesn’t deliver,they aren’t meant for performance ,if performance is priority ,one should opt for petrol vehicle.
