Well everyone wanted Gamecube and DS games on Wii U (which the Wii U even turned out to have a hidden Gamecube emulator built in nobody knew about that even reads discs) but Nintendo is shoty when it comes to porting things.

Marih Dimitri yeah, they went an put this and WW on Wii U but those big zelda titles need to come along as time goes on, I want them to be accessible for anyone who wants to experience these things, not just the newest one, as well as for us who wants to replay them. I know I’d be a lot more inclined to get a switch sooner than later if I could have childhood games like this, OOT/MM and WW alongside stuff like Odyssey and BotW readily available

I love BotW's soundtrack to death, don't get me wrong. Peaceful, calming piano music really helps me relax while exploring. BUT I STILL NEED THAT EPIC ZELDA FANFARE IN MY LIFE. PLEASE GIVE US MORE TRACKS LIKE THIS IN BOTW 2

It depends what BotW 2’s world will look like. In my opinion, music should fit and enhance the mood and atmosphere which all Zelda games do. BotW’s world is empty and ruined, so little music makes sense. If we were to see Hyrule in a recovering state, we might get some more epic music.

in the kind of openworld that botw and botw2 are, these theme as amazing as it is won't work, doesn't matter how much you love it, it will get annoying, maybe for some sections then it can work perfectly

I think the Twilight Princess version and the Ocarina of Time versions of this have their parts that make shine in their own way. I think the both of them definitely make up some of the series’s best music. I still love so much more of it, so even those that I don’t rate quite as highly as these are still really really good in my eyes.

Got this game on Christmas of '06 for the GameCube. This is definitely my favorite Zelda game. I remember how amazing the graphics looked for the time, I was mesmorized by the 'bloomy' scenery and the music was so exhilarating and grand. I really miss this game, and my GameCube.

I got mine a year after in 07 for the GameCube, my brothers already had it on the Wii when it launched, but they had this stupid rule where I couldn't progress past them so I was on Lakebed Temple's main lobby for months til I got my own copy. They were cool enough to wrap it in metallic gold wrapping paper. Probably the best Christmas gift I ever received in terms of presentation.

This was my first zelda back in 2010 on the wii, I remember watching my older brother play it and just be amazed at how realistic it seemed to me in comparison to other games we had at the time, and also thanks to its dark and "mature" setting when I began playing other zelda titles (being Spirit Tracks my second zelda) it was really strange to me change from such a dark game to a really cartoonish one, but nevertheless now that I'm 10 years older, I feel really great knowing that my first contact with the Zelda franchise was Twilight Princess, which still holds as my favorite to date after playing most of the games in the franchise, not only due to the amazing memories I have with it and the sad but great feel of nostalgia that I feel each time I think of it, but also due to how different it is to every other Zelda game tl;dr, I love this game with all my heart

themes like this makes me wish Koji Kondo was back for BOTW and TOTK, I like the soft piano themes playing while exploring, but Koji's music defined the N64 and the gamecube/wii Zelda games, his themes are just so iconic.

Underrated game. Twilight princess was easy but literally every Zelda game is easy besides the first two and parts of others. TP has the best dungeon selection easily. I remembered each 3D game (Except SS and BOTW) having good dungeons but after replaying them they didn’t hold up as well. Except for TP. The music in this game is phenomenal as hell.

I completely agree! Lots of people tend to disregard Twilight Princess as an Ocarina of Time clone for some reason, but while TP definitely pays homage to OoT many times (almost every other Zelda game too, to be honest), they're both different in terms of overall atmosphere and tone. I absolutely LOVED the atmosphere, art style and music of Twilight Princess, it's my favorite in the franchise in that regard. Yeah, the game was really easy, probably the easiest Zelda game, but the moves you learned throughout the game made combat very fun even with its extremely easy difficulty. And the dungeons were extremely fun and well made too. I agree with you, TP tends to feel underappreciated at times. But I personally really loved this game.

Wait... Skyward sword had bad dungeons? Well I agree in the sense that many of them are far too bland. But it also had 2 of the greatest dungeons in the series, The ancient cistern and Sandship (Sandship boss unfortunately sucked, but great dungeon nonetheless). But we agree that TP has the best dungeons in the series and it's not really debatable.

0:40 and the 17 or so seconds that follow are my favorite part omg

I now play this whilst freeroaming Breath of the Wild . . in ma Twillight Tunic no less, Praise the -Sun- Triforce !!

Twilight Princess is easily my favorite video game of all time, I remembered when I first played it on the Wii back in 2012, and every single time I have played the game has remained as a permanent memory that I will cherish to my grave.

this is considered blasphemy but to me Twilight Princess and Link to the past are the two best zelda games not ocarina of time. Ocarina of time is a good game but these two are the best ones imo i've yet to play tears of the kingdom or breath of the wild

Breath of The Wild really should have had a feature on the Slate where you could unlock previous zelda tunes and play them in the overworld, kinda like the iDroid MGSV.

Just started replaying the game 2 days ago, and I just stood there until night just waiting for the theme to end so I could go to Kakariko.

I remember when I got the little CD that came with skyward sword and hearing this through the TV. Such great memories.

The FULL version of this song they were limited to 16 tracks in game because of MIDI but this has all of them (from the HD OST)

i kinda wish that they could add a glimpse of the ballad of twilight ( 0:43 ) in a future zelda game, kinda like in botw 2 if they ever were to talk about the hero of twilight or something, just as a small easter egg or something in that matter. its my favourite theme in the zelda universe probably :p

Listening to this while running or riding your horse through hyrule field in BOTW makes the game so much more enjoyable

The ONLY THING that bothers me about TP's OST is the overall low quality of samples from back then. I'd love to hear them produced again with modern samples or a real orchestra. Might do it myself if I had the time

If I had one thing to tell nintendo is to make the fields and regions of hyrule songs the same as the best known from ever game they made in the loz series.Like this hyrule field song can go with the botw 2 and the wind waker village song can go with the towns in the beaches.

The one in the game does not use real instruments, it's synthesized. This one is orchestrated, that's why it sounds richer.
