Hyperpro/Touratech Progressive Springs Review

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

the crf300l suspension is far to soft and not really fit for purpose for off-road but 90% of most duel sport bikes now days need to have the suspension upgraded
i would say compare the springs but there both made by hyperpro
a much needed upgrade for my bmw and for my crf250l
as I do alot of road I went with progressive springs.

Very true ! I put them on my triumph trident 660 it seems like it's not the same bike anymore, as I had an even more pronounced imbalance following the change of the rear shock absorber, the change was necessary. Now the Trident is balanced, it no longer dives at the front and the rear no longer sways, now for attacking curves, it is perfect.

Just fitted the Hyperpro kit to my 2019 Tracer 700 - well worth the £708 cost and the fitting cost of £330 inclusive VAT. Transforms the bike. Don't make the mistake of buying the kit direct from Hyperpro if you are UK based. You will add VAT on import and a 'broker charge' from the courier. Buy from Performance Parts Ltd or let your dealer order it direct, for the same price.

well its more for if you ride offroad and it depends on the bike not all bikes need the change but this bike was fine without. But now its just a bit more refined with the stiff springs

These look good. Have you changed your handlebars? They look wider? Did you change your rear spring at the same time?

Stock bars but rotated up a bit the barbuster hand guards add a bit of width I think. I have all ready done the rear shock bike is so much better with the upgrade b

Owener of f850gs adv, the front system dives a lot... Thinking of hyperpro progressive springs. The usage of my bike is road, in the city and touring. Any opinions?

Hi, can I ask why progressive and not linear spring? Looking to upgrade my CRF250l springs as I’ve replaced the rear shock so just need to sort the front out now.

If you plan to do road trips on the CRF I would opt for the progressive springs if you plan to use it 99% off-road then go for the linear.

Ok one last question, if I’ve used a linear spring for the rear shock can I get away with progressive springs for the front? Or would I need to match it up with linear? Thanks 😊
