This test shows a 30 liter bag of hydrogen containing 6% oxygen contamination being burned. Note that the gas will NOT ignite internally from a spark generator the way higher concentrations of oxygen will, and there is no explosion here like you get with 33% oxygen. The point being that hydrogen balloons with less than 10% oxygen do NOT explode when ignited and static electricity is not a risk.
