Horizontal rotation plane with axis tilt and stationary feed spool that can hold 1000ft rolls and not have to sling them in orbit. Size ranges from 2" up to 6". Motorized gripper for fast insert and removal. Rapid adjustment between different sizes. This is likely the worlds fastest shell taping machine that actually tapes a shell with water activated gum tape to produce a legitimate shell. Taping parameters are highly configurable using profiles stored in the stand-alone controller which does not require a PC.

I'm planning on selling these, so I can't give any detail on how it is constructed. Lots of testing has to happen first though.
Can you instruct me how to make this machine?
You'd build much higher pressures if you used a fiber-reinforced tape 👍

Too high pressure results in blind stars, which is why nobody uses fiber tape.
