Steve answeres his phone and says "hello". He should answer with his "business name". That's why the guy asked who he was cazue he thought he had the wrong number. Sometimes if I order food and they just answer "hello" it throws you off and you ask who they are... That's probably what happen but Steve probably just gets shitty right away. But that's what we love about him.

Good job Steve. Sometimes the helicopters turn out to be really good conversationalists. It makes the job that much more enjoyable

The customer got pretty good service from that GE motor, especially since it appears to get splashed repeatedly from the evaporator over the years. The date code I believe was 1997. We know it’s old by the oiling tubes.

That’s definitely where I’m at right now it really is difficult now that I need to support my son to go and be someone’s apprentice for years before being able to make big bucks. Really sucks
