I do both cable and dumbbell lateral raises but honestly feel cables are better. The dumbbells feel better doing them because I think they are a lot easier.

60-100 grams depending on what i have. The carbs coming from, G1M sport pre run, banana, rice, sour dough, or potatos. Appreciate the support big time thank you!!!

"hybrid athlete"... dude its literally the same thing as athletic training. .All these randoms that only ever went to the gym start running and think it's a new thing. Think of all the football and other sports that never knew they were hybrid athletes, wow! ground breaking
