Homeowners Dale & Tracy had an old conservatory which over the years had become a dumping ground as it was difficult to regulate the temperature.
They decided to transform the conservatory and extend it into a large extension that would have multiple uses.
They wanted a lean-to style extension with a steeply pitched roof but had been told that the roof pitch they wanted was not possible with a traditional build. Then they found out about hup!. The system provided the solution to all of their needs.
The flexibility of hup! meant that their vision of a steeply pitched roof was not a problem. The slimline properties of hup! walls also meant the couple gained an additional 2.86m2 of additional living space compared to building with traditional methods, allowing them to include a bathroom using the ‘free’ space.

Yes if the roof is over 50% solid, but possibly under permitted development depending on the size and rules of the local authority

Not entirely sure why they can’t tell you the price for this particular project, I’m guessing it’s because it’s eye watering.
