"Hunting Wabbits" By Gordon Goodwin, featuring The United States Air Force Band's Airmen of Note

Ойын-сауық

The United States Air Force Band's Airmen of Note, joined by 2023 Jazz Heritage Series guest artist Gordon Goodwin, waste no time and hit the ground running in this exhilarating performance of "Hunting Wabbits".
The legendary cartoon "Looney Tunes" ran for an astonishing 39 years, and its music was as essential as the iconic characters. Gordon Goodwin pays homage to that timeless tradition in this composition capturing the essence of animated storytelling in every note!
With soloists Technical Sgt. Nate Campbell on trombone, Master Sgt. Mike Cemprola on alto saxophone, and Mr. Goodwin himself on piano, this will be sure to transport you to the sprightly world of Looney Tunes!

I always have this burning question in my mind when ever listening to orchestra music. How is every individual able to shut down the noise and play their own notes without any hassle? And that brought me down to one answer, this is what you call real art.

When you get so caught up in subdividing you tend to block most other noise out 😅 atleast that's what it's like for me

SMILE On a side note, the trombone solo was lovely, and paired with the one of my favorite background saxophone soli backgrounds was a treat.
