Thank you so much for giving Teal an opportunity to speak! There are quite a few male-podcasters I watched who would interrupt her all the time, won't dive deeper into answers she was giving, and would just talk only about themselves and use Teal's time as a personal therapy session. But you had interesting questions and you were actually LISTENING to her. Thank you for that!

Fr, the misogyny/identification with "masculinity" is so obvious that it's hard to even watch some interviewers. It's nice to have people who are actually trying to listen, vs trying to get an ego boost out of it. Idk if Teal doesn't see it or if she figures that those audiences need the information the most, but I kinda do wish she'd be more selective with who she interviews with. Charlie is solid, I hope she can stick to those types of people vs the "podcast bro" types (maybe she can do something with Wisdom From North again, they always did good interviews together~)

I disliked her until I sat to figure out why she had some great points here and this was a good interview. ❤

Narcissistic traits are people that self preserve at the expense of others wellbeing. Codependency traits are people that serve others well-being at the expense of themselves. In my theory one person can have traits from both. Narcissism focus on the reason they are grand whereas the codependent focuses on the reason they are inferior. You can see how they usually attract one another.

I think many people treat society like we all have the same level of ability to comprehend things on all levels - then we hold each other hostage to “failing to use the intelligence” or “ability” to understand what takes time and effort to wrap our minds around or learn. We need to be more open, effortfull (yeah I made that up probably lol 😄) but… more patient and understanding with each other. Especially when it comes to reviewing what we think someone is saying. I think this lady is off the charts intelligent and it goes over many heads. I think she’s impressive in her rebound from her trauma.

Great interview! During the talk about sibling trauma, I remembered how mom loves to tell this story about when I was a baby. She thinks it's so funny that I would wake in my crib, call for mom, nobody came. Call for dad, nobody came. Then I would cry and say, "my mommy & daddy are all gone, I'm never gonna see my mommy & daddy again." Then they would come in the room laughing at me. I've suffered this inner dialog; nobody cares about me, everyone is laughing at me and making fun of me. That did happen a lot in school, I was teased and bullied till I cried. I'm mostly past all that now. I still might go into a negative thought form like that, but I'm aware it's an old story and not the truth. It's so crazy how something my mom still finds to be a funny story to tell was actually her building in my lifelong trauma. And... there's a photo of me and my crying baby sister when she's just been brought home from the hospital. I look so unhappy. I always felt my sister was my mom's favorite, so I became more of a daddy's girl. My mom would go on about how cute my sister was (she passed at age 10. That's a whole other part of the trauma story). My mom would say how she had brown eyes, thick dark hair and olive skin like she had, but that I am fair and look like my dad. I felt like I was hideous and ugly. Looking back at photos of me, I was just as cute as any other little girl, but why did I feel so hated and ugly? It's not like I suffered huge amounts of abuse or neglect, but it's wild to understand how things that seem mundane, thoughtless comments of my mother and I'm sure other things I can't even remember, attributed to how I feel about who I am. Thankful for a path of healing my self worth through inner child and shadow work.

Your unique voice and perspective are what made those really stood out there, you helped me gain fresh perspectives on subject I thought I already knew. I know that you're in the middle of a personal transformation at the moment, but I would still like to hear more of your voice as you go through it. I hope you don't mind the honest feedback, from someone who has mad respect and has learned so much from you.

Witnesses who have spent lots of close time w/Teal did report how extremely moody and demanding she is, how self absorbed and cruel. Teal has never come up w/anything new or unique let alone genius other than repeating stuff just in a different order. The outrageous claims she has made about her acclaimed sadistic childhood abuse was debunked numerous times by many many ppl who have zero interest to lie. Ever heard her describe how she was stitched up inside a body? Pathologists have made statements explaining how impossible this would be in response to her outrages accusations. The man she accused of abusing her has made statements himself trying to figure out why Teal would make such extreme things up and continues to deny such accusations vehemently. It was also reported in affidavits that Teal is a terrible parent and that her relationship w/her son is extremely difficult, that she mostly does not even parent him at all because she ‘has more important things to do’ according to ppl who LIVED w/Teal in her compound she finances w/selling herself as a spiritual Guru figure, like she has any credentials whatsoever to speak about thematics such as relationship and parenting advise…from a person who fails in all these categories the most. Laughable. The ppl she catches on to her BS are gullible and don’t want to hear the facts, rather ‘follow’ her blindly which I arguably state is dangerous. I believe Teal Schwan is deeply disturbed and needs serious help to manage her own personality disorders, which by the way were not stemming from early childhood abuse, which practically never existed. Her wild fabrications and a whole life she spends in trying to trick others into believing what she convinced herself of in her distorted thinking patterns/mind is in fact truth. It is so bizarre to observe how it works for her despite so many who have brought evidence to shed light. Despite that some years back she was questioned it shocks me ( not) that she is still around. And prob won’t stop obsessed as she is with herself. I don’t let ppl like this ‘into’ my mind. For any reason especially not when I am seeking insight. 😅

There is so much idolizing of people. Its like they have lost their sense of self and look outside of themselves and latch on to any smooth talker. When I observe her talking, it’s not coming from a heart space, it’s all ego driven. Same with “The Alchemist”

Extremely naive to think that people have no reason to lie in relation to her. The moment someone is known at a larger scale, people are eager to let people know about their perspective of the situation to redirect more attention to themselves. Negativity brings forth a lot more attention than positivity. Attention is linked with our survival, and we're all wired to crave it whether it's conscious or not. Not saying Teal is perfect, but she's no demon either. She's just a human doing her best we what she learned from life. She's clearly polarizing for people because she touches upon taboo subjects. It's our responsibility not to glorify or demonize people. Either way, it is naive. It's refusing to see life for what it is. Either way, you're ignoring a side of the coin.

What an incredible conversation this is... Thank you BOTH for this. Charlie, you are an EXCELLENT interviewer. 🙏🏻 I have one piece to add on the woke-ism topic that I think is important to note. At the same time as people in that particular culture are shaping and shifting industries, it's important at the same time to acknowledge there groups that are intentionally implanting some of these ideas into humanity from an early age through advertisements, television, movies, news, essentially every form of media. Look into the influence of Black Rock, State Street, and Vanguard on ESG policies that corporations adopt. It is very enlightening. That said, as within, so without. We're responsible for the environment that has allowed these things to come to pass. It is important that we do our inner work, so as to create a healthier environment for the elevation of our world, both inner and outer.

What separates Teal from her interviewer(s) and people who have disagree woth her, is that one can only succinctly identify with what she's saying if they themselves have and/or are seeking a connection with God (spirit, source, the divine, the universe). Sadly almost like an if you know you know situation. So she and of course many other spiritual teachers are shunned and shamed in this regard. But I can tell Charlie seems confounded or at odds with what she is saying because he has different beliefs and values than Teal. You can really only understand these concepts if you are working on your spiritual self and are willing to become avaialble to "it" {God). You need to have the desire to rely on and know and understand this universe.

I would recommend Dr. Ramani (her books/YT channel) as a resource for information on narcissism. Also Prof. Sam Vaknin is a self-aware narcissist that shares about what it is. I think narcissism, sure can be on a scale. But it is also very much a personality disorder based in childhood trauma, and that is quite specific. Childhood trauma doesn't always cause one to become a narcissist. People truly diagnosed with this destroy the soul of those they use for narcissistic supply and it is pretty terrifying and harmful psychological abuse. They do not have empathy, and they have contempt for others. Most people are not narcissistic because they truly want to see and be seen and to connect with others. They don't enjoy seeing other people in pain. I could go on, but it is important to know about NPD as a personality disorder.

Wow! From watching a video you made 6 years ago wherein you were answering allegations to this video made 8 days ago regarding your summary of today's behavior, for better or worse, I'm realizing I've arrived on this video by no accident. I've definitely consciously set out to chg the course of my family lineage. I'm fortunate enough to witness my son striking out with his own creative genius on a non-conventional path to a livelihood. It's so great to see. I see he does struggle with some, I believe, ancestral pressures to conform and to fall into a pattern of fear around security with money, but he's finding his way. And me? I've looking to make strides in the public realm as both of my grandparents did - to improve conditions for families in these United States. I want to hold people, systems and government accountable for the reduction of the quality of people's lives, and build better systems that are more humane based on collaboration and not solely based on monetary reward for just a few. I want to create a world of self-empowered, conscious humanistic people. Thank you for what you do to bring this about. ❤

47:35 and the trauma of the younger child experience of “being hated for existing” … hated for no reason… and the foul energy war that ensues… this can lead to self-loathing and a sense of “my existence is a destruction of peace”. I’m the youngest and developed an intense fear of success because it would “hurt my sister feelings”… on top of other things. It’s devastating for both of not handled properly.
