Teal Swan, Internationally Recognized Author, Speaker and Spiritual Catalyst Shares on the Anatomy of Loneliness
Teal Swan is an internationally recognized teacher and powerful voice in the field of self-development. She hosts events all over the world, helping people from all walks of life to integrate their trauma and shadow aspects; in order to heal emotional wounds plaguing their daily lives. I had the good fortune of spending a week with Teal in 2015 studying her Completion Process (another book I recommend), which is all about healing past suffering and emotional upset.
Teal is ranked 27th on The Watkins Most Spiritually Influential Living People in 2018 and is a renowned author of 3 books which have been published in a number of languages. She has a worldwide following on KZread with over 480.00 subscribers and 65 million views on her videos. In November 2018 Teal is releasing her new book The Anatomy of Loneliness - How to find you way back to connection". This book is for people who suffer from loneliness, the kind that cannot be solved by simply being around other people. Their aloneness is a deeply embedded pattern that is both negative and painful; it is often fueled by trauma, loss, addiction, grief and a lack of self-esteem and insecurity.
In The Anatomy of Loneliness, Teal identifies the three pillars or qualities of loneliness: Separation, Shame and Fear and goes on to share her revolutionary technique; The Connection Process, a form of intuitive journeying, usually involving two people a ‘receiver’ and a ‘journeyer’. Through a series of exercises each person experiences ‘walls’ and ‘blockages’ as they move through the process both participants face their fears learning from these to reach a place of unconditional love and acceptance.
I hope you love my conversation with Teal!

Im going to read this book on my kindle. I find teal to be very insightful. Her ideas and concepts are on that next. And her work helps people, which puts her in a rare class with maybe 20 others i know of. Also thank the gods, she never uses any scientism. Just when i start to think someone is adept and prudent and has a cultivated intelligence, they go spouting off scientism and prove they have not learned the most basic information about mainstream science knowledge, mainly that it CAN NOT and SHOULD NOT be trusted, cause it relies on faulty logic and ubsurd reasoning.

Some of the concepts are influenced by the prominent psychologist Carl Jung, especially the notion of the shadow. For whoever wants to understand more about that concept and how to integrate it they should read Jung's books.
