Thank you, thank you ! HP must have updated my printer while I was away. Last night about 11pm, I needed to print a Motor Vehicle form to get my registration renewed as it had expired. My printer showed the error message All cartridges are depleted, I learned about the HP printer ink security issue, and found your solution after an hour or so of searching online. . You are a lifesaver !

I saw in another video that you should press the Home (top)-once then Back(bottom)once and then Home(top)-Twice. so when you have pressed again and again in the video-it worked for you after you have pressed this pattern

I followed your directions but now its stuck on ''PROBLEM WITH THE PRINTHEAD'' with no hide option. Help!! At the end of this video you said to do a reset if you cant get back to the menu. How is that done? Thank You

i touched the reset menu. the printer went off and never came back on again.i disconnected and reconnected ,yet nothing. any solution?
