Thanks, man, that got me sorted. One thing to notice is that mine/it makes a ticking noise while you block the axle. Doesn't sound too good, but the reel still works.

mine wont wind up now ffs absolute jig saw to put back together

dont suppose you know how to get inside the unit. I think the hose has popped of the connector inside as the water just pours from the bottom

Not home atm but I think you just prise the round cover off you do not have to take anything apart

I can’t see the hole in the white bit and mine is stuck
