Фильм және анимация
Today I talk about one of the best vampire movies made in a very long time, "What We do in the Shadows," made by the eccentric director of "Thor: Ragnarok."

The best part of this movie is that Stu is actually an IT guy and thought he was hired for an IT role on the film and they kept putting him in the scenes.

@@shona5512 Vlad the Impaler is a historical figure, a brutal ruler of Transylvania (in modern Romania) who killed his enemies by impaling them on spikes. He is the historical inspiration for Bram Stoker's Dracula. Vladislav the Poker is an obvious play on his name and it's implied that Vladislav is actually the same person as Vlad the Impaler.

Great commentary! WWDITS is one of my all time favorites. Just one little critique.... Jemaine Clement ( Who played Vlad The Impaler) should receive equal accolades since it is well known that this was his original concept, and shared in the writing and directing of the film.

The show (by FX) is on Hulu. It's absolutely hilarious! My favorite is Colin Robinson the energy vampire! It's produced by Mr Clement who is responsible for much of the movie besides acting. What we do in the shadows is the best vampire comedy ever
Anyone know the full video of this? 0:35
Dude you missed mention about Jemaine who co-directed this movie.
those bloody dishes
where is the mention for stu??!!
Though I enjoyed Thor Ragnarok, I would have preferred a dramatic, tragic serious movie for that. That said, Funny Thor was the best thing ever (also paunchy Thor absolutely the best thing about Endgame) and Tyko did justice to the concept in a way I don't think any other director could have. I mean, I know a director is not the be all and end all of a movie, which is a collective creation, but given tonal similarities so obvious, Thor saying on seeing Hulk in the Collector's arena: "I know him! He's a friend... from work!" just has Watiki all over it! Of course What We Do In The Shadows is a masterpiece and the TV series is going the same way. Pure comedic gold!
1:25 "Right of the bat" Really? C'mon...
As an Aussie, I think we ought to adopt Taiko, if we haven't already. Australia sucks the blood out NZ for best talent, so we are like cross-tassie vampires!
Its my favorite too 😅
