Great vid! I did end up buying almost all of the new release NSX-R's. I wish I bought some of the older release NSX's but I was a Subaru fan first. I'd love to see you do a Subaru Impreza 22b comparison from old release and new release.

I'm a pop up headlights NSX kinda fan. I really need to pick up the new NSX, despite that fact. 1/18 collector 9 times out of 10

I ended up getting 4 NA2 NSX-Rs. 😁 Took FOREVER~~~ though. I like my NA1 NSX-R better. Side Note: I have that same issue with the openings not fully closing without an added push on pretty much all my composite AA models too, including these NSXs.

i knew i should have bought a diecast AA aventador back a couple years ago when they were easily found for less than $200. now i gotta settle for a composite one at the same price since the diecast versions have skyrocketed and for good reason. nothing would please me more than finding a good deal on the 50th Anniversary edition to add to my other AA diecast collection but looks like I'll have to settle for the aventador s.

Tis the collectible hobby and how it works!
I am no expert. Just your average hobbyist / collector. Honestly I could care less about the doors of the newer model not closing properly on the first try as both are a display piece, not something one would be fiddling with constantly. So that, for me, perhaps not others, is of no consequence. I love the older, die-cast metal version; but I think the newer composite model might {???} be a bit nicer.

Yes this was just a small observation. It is still one of my favorite models. Haha
I have a 1/18 scale 03 Import Tuner track edition NSX Custom body kit on it.

The new composite models are hit and miss, the jaguar e type lightweight is not on the same level as the signature series diecast e type, but the new Nsx type r looks great, and so does the Audi Quattro which I own

I agree. I just love collecting so I don't mind these smaller difference in details. However, I think it's good that it is made aware for others.
I want one but they're $600 😢

Old school because it's metal and not plastic. Yes I know it's diecast more or less pewter metal
