These old Cat engines are really tough and easy to work on. They would often break the R/H motor mount bolt off. I repaired many of them over the years.

People talking about torque wrench and other big terms have never seen life beyond a company showroom or company workshop. They don’t know that many of these uneducated mechanics are far better than educated engineers. They think out of the box. I am from India and we have a lot of road side mechanics and shops who do a far better job than big workshops , at a fraction of the cost and the end result is also fantastic. They are reliable and people go to them by choice.

Ja abrimos varios motores no sitio desse mesmo jeitinho deles uns 30 anos atras. E nenhum deles depois de realizado esse servico deu prego.

The negative comments on here need to be ignored. These are made by armchair mechanics. The work these guys are doing here is just as good if not better than any European or US workshop standards. This particular company have rebuilt hundreds of Cat engines without issue and have more experience than most. If their work was sub standard their engines would have limited life or let go. They just don't. They rebuild these Cat motors to go on to do many thousands of hours further work without issue.
