It's simple cast iron. We use the same material for rotors in modern western cars. Rotors for Motorcycles or made of steel.

It is great work but to take of the excess paint you have to machined them to clean them ?

I’ve painted every one of them on my own personal cars.. keeps them from rusting!

Talcum powder probably. I use baby powder in mine. 🤣

Scusami se sono un pochino scettico ma io faccio il meccanico e avvolte mi e capitato di dover rettificare un disco freno magari perché era nuovo e si era un pochino storto, ora io con molta difficoltà e con l'aiuto di un compratore centesimale centro il disco sul tornio riesco avvolte a raddrizzare i dischi , questi mettono, levano ,senza sapere se le piste di scorrimento siano parallele e soprattutto senza ovalizazioni, a me pare a Dire poco strano!!!
