Может у них гарантия 2 дня. 2 дня точно отходит. Тут недалеко есть еще одно видео как ребята с этой же улицы ремонтируют коленвал. На выходе получилась чудесная штука но интересно сколько этот коленвал проработает

Я не профи, но мне кажется, что такой ремонт только на продажу. Один-два раза показать, что узел работает. То, что это наебнется через неделю эти ребята понимают.

Эвольвента на зубьях шестерни нарезается с точностью до сотых долей миллиметра на специальных станках, а не на глаз с помощью болгарки и какой-то матери. Хочешь, я скажу сколько километров проедет техника на редукторе, отремонтированном подобным образом. Них*я она не проедет. И никакая вера в рай и ад не поможет этой технике поработать сколь-нибудь длительное время. Через пару недель, когда снова сожрёт зубья опять будут перебирать.

@@user-kr3rj6pc2h это не те зубья ! Это зубья синхрона, а ему пофиг на профиль, если кольцо спокойно заходит то все ок. Другое дело что там должен быть клин специфической формы, без него переключение передачи становится немного сложней 😱. Кроме того там лютая закалка. Поэтому шестерню проще поменять чем восстановить

Мартышкин труд - они каждую неделю ее ремонтируют с таким подходом.

Да молодцы , робяты, повозились в «песочнице», пошвыряли игрушки, все собрали и пошли домой, мороженку есть.

Их обрезать может, но не факт потому что это не зубья, а кулачки муфты синхронизатора. Видимо передача не включалась.

Что в таком "ремонте" может быть хорошего? "Реставрация" шестерни сваркой с последующей обработкой на станке, люфты которого можно сантиметрами измерять, без СОЖ, обработка точных зубьев на глаз, отсутствие замены хотя бы одного подшипника или корчевание самой коробки тупо на земле (в песке)? А может набор дорогого специализированного инструмента и грамотные приёмы работы? Я здесь уважаемого мало увидел. (Может просто потому, что я в автотехнике мало разбираюсь, т.к. сам-то я электромеханик по станкам).

Kто хоть раз к ним пришёл - у у них и остался на пожизненном ремонте , стерлись - наварили и так до бесконе4ности , сотрутся зубья приходи - ноу проблем и клиенты довольны и работа пожизненnо.. Дешевле уже некуда - понятно 4то жизнь там не сахар - но детали должны быть каленные а не наваренные . пара подъемов по их глиняным дорогам в дождь , загруженным по горло - и всё конец этим зубьям . А за труд - молодцы , кто не работает то не ест .

Это зубья синхронизатора, через них момент не передаётся.

Kudos to these guys! Me personally, I would be taking pictures or numbering the gears while being removed. Seems like this task isn't their first rodeo :)

Ремонт, каэшн - моё почтение. Срезать цементированный и нормально закаленный слой металла, чтобы нахренакать сваркой и наделать прорезей в шестерне на глазок и поставить обратно. У вас в России полно братьев по разуму, имею сказать.

My guess is they've repaired this precise thing at least once before. Or at least many like it. Just looks as smooth as it could possibly get.

Я думал что видел похуизм в самых крайних его проявлениях, но то как работают эти ребята подняло планку на новый уровень =) у них блядь даже стен нет, они перебирают трансмиссию прямо в пыли у дороги!!!!

I would never hit a gear with a steel drift. A mechanic would use brass or phosphor bronze. Chancers.

But these guys are trained watch and clockmakers who fix gearboxes during their days off. They are allowed to borrow the clockmaking factory's hammers and chisels for free. What I learned from this educational training video is that the bigger the gearbox, the bigger the hammer. It's a simple philosophy of life that will guarantee you any job opening.

@@BrassLock I'm all for percussive encouragement...and if that don't work get the acetalene out... however, my comment was alluding to the benifits in efficiency and effectiveness gained by having the right tool for the job. A work bench, pullers and pliers would cost about a couple of hundred bucks and speed up and improve the quality of every job.

They probably have a puller in hand but why use them if the gears/parts are easily coming out with a gentle tap here...with a gentle tap there? Using a puller when not really needed will just prolong/delay the job.

@@rap3208 speed increase outweighed by potential for damage to gear teeth and shaft surfaces...one chip/scratch could half serviceable life and/or lose weeks finding a replacement.

варить электродом по каленой стали без последующего отпуска и закалки - это не починили а угробили! да пару метров он проедет но когда эти зубья ссыпятся все с картер и их начнет перемалывать оставшимися шестернями - коробку можно будет просто выкинуть.

@@user-uj4jn6gp1r думается никто даже в страшных снах не слышал о том что можно запчасти заказывать у производителя а уж професиональная мехобработка и термичка - там эти слова вообще из области фантастики. я уж не говорю о том что венчик муфты можно было вырезать из другой шестерни(они там все одинаковые) и просто посадить на гарячую - всяко прочнее и надежнее было бы чем этот ужас электродный.

Watching them savage the parts of the transmission taking it apart and repair it with nothing more than a stick welder, basically lathe, and grinder is nothing short of amazing considering the local and the most basic of tools. That they get this thing put back together and it works is all the more amazing. Dumping the transmission lube out on the ground and cleaning the parts with gasoline is the topping on the video.

nice work but someone should teach that guy with green clothes how to apply silicone, its gonna leak through the bolt holes.. silicone always should go around inside side of the hole. 16:04 , 12:25

@@aarbamlel Na verdade vai ter o estabelecimento interditado e vai receber uma multa bem gorda. Mas esse tipo de coisa é comum aqui, já trabalhei um uma oficina em que o ambiente era bem desse jeito. Em países ricos, as coisas são bem mais rigorosas

that looked a little shaky, i wouldn't attempt that with my TIG, much less a stick welder. if you're going to go to that much trouble ( disassemble the gearbox ) then just get a replacement part. i agree, looks like it won't last that long.

The thing that amazes me the most is how clean they stay....I would be covered in oil and dirt from head to toe.

Душа болела, смотря на эту работу. Аж куски отскакивают металла с осей при демонтаже шестерен. Зубило и стальной молоток стоило бы местами заменить на съемник (это совсем не дорогое приспособление) и киянку.

Nice. Impressed. But Also, I was wondering how they're going to pick up the finished transmission and put it in the customer's pickup or whatever. Also, sad to say, I noticed all up and down this street, there is not a single tree ! not a single green living thing. I imagine the soil is pretty full of engine oil. I'm sure thats how things were in the west as well, up until a certain time. May you all be well.

Sorprendente trabajo y velocidad, parece que no les tomo mas de un dia. Me pregunto si despues de soldar y formar los nuevos dientes, templaron el engranaje de nuevo, si no es asi ese acero es muy suave y se volvera a dañar. En 10:40 se ven unos dientes barridos, me pregunto porque esos no los repararon.

por q son demasiado empiricos , pareceria que aprendieron en la calle y no validaron su conocimiento con algun especialista, no les importa abollar las piezas con sus combas de acero ni un pedazo de madera en medio para suavizar el golpe ya ni hablar de una comba sintetica.

estos mecanicos trabajan con las herramientas que tienen...el engranaje que se rompio en la parte de los dientes de sincronisado eran tres dientes ..el trabajo realizado permite que al ser solo 3..le suavise el ruido al girar y que el desplazable se mueva bien ....si al contrario hubiese qiue rellenar todo el engranaje seria muy distinto...igualmente estando en buenos aires creo que no hay mecanicos con el conocimiento para realizar estas clases de trabajo...aca lo tenes que llevar a una torneria con todos los elementos donde te va a salir mas caro que si compras el engranaje nuevo..o tal vez mas caro que comprar una caja de velocidad nueva....y en cualquier taller tampoco lo podes aser....saludos....

les dents réparées sont celle d'un synchro boite de vitesse, en général pour les boites de voitures ce n'est pas en acier mais en laiton. Du coup pour cette grosse boite de vitesse il faut de l'acier tendre. Et donc surtout pas de trempage !

I can only imagine how precise the service manual is on this gearbox. I'm sure there was probably 1000 steps they just gloss over with a hammer and experience. Then they repair the burned off syncro tangs with weld deposit, lathe and HAND grinding the new tangs into shape. Buying the replacement gear is probably 3 months wage for these guys. They probably do the whole job for what a US mechanic would charge to change a sparkplug.

After a worldwide apocalypse that is the part of the world that will survive 👍

Never in my entire life would I believe this unless I seen it. welding the gear up grind it down so it looks good and put it back in

Really impressive work. However if they could dispose the lubricant oil safely without spilling to earth, that should be even more wonderful.

These Pakistani mechanics have no mechanical, education but repairs the huge gear box easily. That's amazing!

Naw, the soft metal of the weld will be pushed int the correct form by all the other hardened steel gears

@@davidtagliaferri welding teeth will be harder than the gear teeth I’ve done that but getting them to mesh is the miracle and to stick for a significant time

That torque hammer at 14:15 is pretty cool

Hand ground synchronizer teeth! Now that’s impressive! Also I am impressed that they never used a brass drift to drive the parts on and off the shafts and never damaged any of the parts.

Thats because those guys realised they would get a faster turnaround with a steel punch if softer than the receiving face and if they used common sense in lining up the hammer blows to avoid unwanted contact points..

@@gyrojomo You may be on to something, the hammer and chisel they are using are very beat up looking, they may be a soft metal. I bet they don't have brass tools because all the brass in the whole country has been scrapped.

It amazes me that they are able to dismantle and later re-assemble the gearbox without any diagrams.

In Italia si dice il ferro fa' il mastro, qui sono maestri anche a mani nude ,si vede che sanno cosa fanno. Ma è inconcepibile lavorare in queste condizioni, inoltre vedo assenza totale di comparatori ,calibri e di chiavi dinamometriche . È pur vero che hanno riprodotto l ingranaggio con una semplice saldatura , ma il trattamento del metallo ? Siamo sicuri che durerà molto la riparazione ?

Ci dimostrano il fatto che anche senza computer o macchine a controllo numerico sono davvero bravi complimenti

Вы не понимаете, у того "левши", что зубцы вытачивал, глаз так намётан, что он делает эвольвентный профиль с микрометрической точностью!
