Actually the system failed Tory. The witness stated that Kelsey fire the gun during a fight, had gun shot residue on her hands, was granted immunity so she could confess but wasn’t granted the correct immunity to fully protect her, Kept pleading the 5th & had motive. The reason her & Meg lied about the fight is because it lead to her firing the gun. There was a massive amount of reasonable doubt and he should have never been found guilty.

These dudes tryna cope with the fact they defended Tory and shaded Meg for years only to be wrong. The fact that they didn't even know Tory's charges lets you know how little credibility they have with discussing these types of matters. I enjoy the pod for their commentary on Hip-Hop & some of the life dialogues, but there's clearly a misogynistic bias when they discuss matters. Joe should've just applied his general rule of not discussing street issues & ongoing cases cuz he and his team continue to look like sexist clowns on this matter. To be clear I'm a longtime fan of the pod and want them to succeed, because of it's implications for the future of creators, but few know how to sabotage themselves better than Joe Budden.

The same best friend that according to both of their testimony, they didn't have an altercation that night with each 🤔 yeah, okay 🙄 And someone Tory became some huge multi-millionaire who could afford to pay off multiple people to cooperate and attempt to cover for him, especially Kelsey while his defense is painting the picture that Kelsey is the shooter.. say that shit out loud and tell me how much logical sense that makes on Kelsey's end? Kelsey who's MARRIED now attempting to protect another nigga she used to be smashing and who smashed her "best friend", beat Kelsey up (allegedly) and is trying to put the shooting on her. Sean Kelly changed his story multiple times and changed it just enough to help the prosecution after they secretly spoke to him to half hazardly claim he at least out a finger on a wean which to do that you have to acknowledge Kelsey actions and they ignored just to rush a verdict out before Christmas. Even in the call he was worried about backlash to him, to Meg never speaking to him again ( never mentioned not speaking to an “us” including Kelsey), to him being too drunk to remember specifics. Not at all. Juries can disregard all, parts or take what they think is credible and matches other evidence. It's up to the lawyers to highlight how something fits within evidence and cross to highlight if it's not accurate to facts. Varying levels of inconsistencies in testimony isn't uncommon especially with ancillary details when the events happened years ago, for example it happened at night vs afternoon. They originally saw two people but it was 3, person was wearing blue but it was black etc. There are also cases where witnesses interview to something but don't remember at trial ( for various reasons) and cant testify to that etc It's up to the people making the case to argue if any inconsistencies are material and/or if that makes the whole testimony unreliable.

Everybody knows this trial was a joke. Tory did not shoot that girl. Their biggest piece of evidence was a jail call in which Tory never even apologized for shooting Meg. That’s a major red flag. He apologized for instigating a fight between two best friends and kicking them out his car which led to one of his girl’s getting hurt. What’s sick is them trying to twist him being human to convince a jury he apologized for a crime he did not commit. If Tory really did it, Kelsey would not be as calm as she is on that call after Tory just brutally assaulted her and shot her friend. She would not agree to bail him out. Tory would not mention Megan getting backlash. If Tory really did what they accused him of, there would be no debate and an overwhelming amount of evidence but there isn’t. The witnesses stories would line up but they don’t. Free Tory

I find it funny how her fans trying to say she tried to protect him. She went and spoke to police 4 days after the incident, no one reported she was shot but her. She made a statement on ig the next day and said someone tried to harm her with intent. Meg is complete cap, she never tried protecting anyone

She tried protecting him as in she could’ve called the police at that exact moment and said “hey this black man shooting this place up at Kylie Jenner house” and then those police officers come and blow his head off- no trial needed. That’s how she protected him. IG post has nothing on a casket

@@4everBreezy bro she went on ig live a month and a half later and acted like she was still protecting him. What are you even talking about? She went on live and said Tory shot her on August 20, 2020

She did. The story was released without names the very next day. She didn't say shit. But he did. And that's when she did that live weeks later and said what she said. TORY FUCKED HIMSELF.

@@4everBreezy but why is she protecting someone that tried to take her life? 🤔 She even continued to say she stepped on glass when she was in the hospital far away from Tory.
