Because taking it to trial when you’re already perceived guilty by a lot of people looks like a slap in the face to the system that’s why. If you blow it they’re going to cook you. Really put yourself in the position and ask if you would run that risk even if you were innocent.

@@CPI99 sadly that’s how a lot of innocent people end up with convictions. Few cases ever go to trial because the DA put severe charges on the defendants and then get them to plead down to lesser charges. Sad world we are living in

In all honesty I believe she shot herself and felt embarrassed for 1 her story doesn't make sense and changed multiple times secondly it's a bunch of rumors that she had a drinking problem from past friends and former associates they said she could get very physical when she's wasted she even said her and her ex boyfriend was drinking and they got into a argument and she fought him me personally i think after the house party or whatever they was coming from everyone in the car was drunk megan found out tory was sleeping with her friend she grabbed a gun and maybe someone tried to take it from her and it went off or maybe she handled it wrong and it went off and she shot herself in the foot

Childish is an understatement sis. I feel where you're coming from about that sick feeling. There are black women, innocent black women who have been in these dangerous situations and no one believed them. I suggest you read up on the case. Not what you see on social media. The witnesses provided, had said he didn't shoot anybody. They also said he didn't have gun powder residue on him. If he shot her, he would've failed the GSR test, they found residue on other people!

All 3 are in on it. Watch none of them be let go free

If she lied, then suffer the consequences in civil and criminal court. If he lied, then the same treatment... But damn all this hate we have black women vs black men is deplorable. What happened to innocent until proven guilty on both sides? What happened to not shaming the victim. I would’ve been more sympathetic toward Tory if he was publicly apologetic (like he was initially behind closed doors) but instead he let the the world blame Meg while he sat quietly. Then tried to use his platform to plant misinformation to make things even worse on Meg. SHE was the one shot, and identified her shooter, and idiots are mad & tryna discredit her for this. Time and money. Court rooms are costly, soul sucking and do nothign to foster creative thoughts or emotions, least for me, but I am not an artist so I don't know about the last one. The time and money thing though is usually why most pleas happen. Win or lose he still ahs to pay his legal team their hourly billable.
