How to win at the Trial Court
Are there sure-fire techniques that make it easier to succeed at a trial court? Yes, there are.
If trial counsel do not practise the Rules of Minimalism, Detachment, or Preparation, they will fail.
If they approach a trial without an Overall Plan, they will not succeed.
Here is a list of Secret Formulae on How to Win at the Trial Court.
These Secret Techniques are transferable.
This video, called 'How to Win at the Trial Court’ aims to transfer those skills.
Here they are!
And best of Luck!

    Hello, sir, may I have the name of the case where Lord Denning said general denial don't work?

  • @GKganesan

    @GKganesan

    3 жыл бұрын

    Warner v. Sampson & Anor. [1959] 1 All ER 120 where Lord Denning at p. 123 discussed that general traverse. He concluded that the general denial, "does no more than put the plaintiff to prove" - which meant that the onus of proof had thus shifted to the other party making it encumbent upon the latter to re-shift that burden. Followed widely in Malaysian cases e.g. LEONG SING v. PERUSAHAAN KUARI (MELAKA PINDAH) SDN. BHD. & ANOTHER CASE [1997] 1 CLJ 307 HIGH COURT MALAYA, MELAKA SURIYADI HALIM OMAR J
