My advice for this trick: TREES! No matter where you are, you can always find a tree with the right amount of lean for you, and as you get the hang of it, you can find trees with less and less lean until you can spin off a tree that stands perfectly straight.

yeah, good idea and its safer bcuz around trees is grass for the case you fall

thanks I have paddock of trees and I had no idea what to do with any of them other than fire wood
Great, use to do stuff like this as a 10 year old, now 64. I will add a learning step on the wall: jump to wall so body is only half way through the full movement and for a brief moment stick to the wall with both hands and feet, then push off back to ground. When confident go the full move. I'll certainly try that cart wheel with hand on wall which suggests variations I can use to help my handstands.
I come back when I learn wall spim ... Wall Spin:❌ Also like so I remember!

Wall spin is awesome trick !!! I have improve this trick many years now and i try some different ''editions'' of this trick such as static wallspin without running first, ''dive wall spin'' if I can saw it like this.....and more !!! I agree that is very important to practice it very long time and get comfortable with the idea of flipping fast to land safely !!!!
Thanks Ronnie

Hey Ronnie you are just awesome and your stunts are mind blowing but I can't do them on my own so I was wondering that if you tell where you stay I may come there and learn them with you
Hey Ronnie I was wondering how high something should be in order to vault over it. Can something be too short to perform a gate vault? Can it be too high to do a turn vault? If you could make a video on that it would be really awesome.
Can you make a tutorial on double flips, particularly sides?
Will sideflips help with this?
In general, where is a good spot to find some nice handrails that arnt to high up off the ground because I have like nothing to do stuff with.

Can u make a vid on good light weight gear that can protect sensitive areas of ur body
super
Hey Ronnie, does the surface of the wall effect the wall spin? Or can you practically do it on any Wall?
Great tutorials, man! For someone who never did parkour before, what do you recommend learning first?
@runakovacs4759
10 жыл бұрын
Personally, I recommend learning the parkour roll and the dive roll. Gradually increase height as Ronnie suggests in his video. With enough drilling, you should be able to come out of being tripped while sprinting and flying thanks to that safely/and manage falls from heights.

Hey Ronnie I need some advice on some stuff. I have been training on a board propped up against a wall, raising the incline as I progress. I was doing pretty good for a while but now I can't stop either bailing or touching the ground with my 'push off' hand. what should I do? is it that I'm not getting enough height? Thanks so much ~Alivia~

Hey Ronnie Can you help me how to gain confidence to do parkour/freerunning? I am always afraid I'm about to fall :(
@ronniestreetstunts
10 жыл бұрын
Sometimes falling is ok, as long as it's not a crazy fall. Because most of the time you realize falling isn't that bad and helps you overcome the fear, but still train carefully and don't try to fall.

Well you see you have a very rational fear. You should probaly keep that fear but you have to trust yourself as he said try the small movements once you are comfortable with it then move to the bigger things could you go to a gymnasium where you could practice ?

How high do u think u can land a parkour roll?
@davidbushnell3047
10 жыл бұрын
It depends on the person doing it. By starting lower and getting higher your increasing the strength of your ligaments (I think that is the one I'm not great with biology) but the point is if you slowly increment up you will be able to get higher and higher. Obviously there is a max limit you can push your body to but that will probably differ from person to person too. Hope this helped and stay safe.
