    My advice for this trick: TREES! No matter where you are, you can always find a tree with the right amount of lean for you, and as you get the hang of it, you can find trees with less and less lean until you can spin off a tree that stands perfectly straight.

    yeah, good idea and its safer bcuz around trees is grass for the case you fall

    Great, use to do stuff like this as a 10 year old, now 64. I will add a learning step on the wall: jump to wall so body is only half way through the full movement and for a brief moment stick to the wall with both hands and feet, then push off back to ground. When confident go the full move. I'll certainly try that cart wheel with hand on wall which suggests variations I can use to help my handstands.

  • @runakovacs4759

    @runakovacs4759

    Personally, I recommend learning the parkour roll and the dive roll. Gradually increase height as Ronnie suggests in his video. With enough drilling, you should be able to come out of being tripped while sprinting and flying thanks to that safely/and manage falls from heights.

I was doing pretty good for a while but now I can't stop either bailing or touching the ground with my 'push off' hand. what should I do? is it that I'm not getting enough height? Thanks so much ~Alivia~

  • @davidbushnell3047

    @davidbushnell3047

    10 жыл бұрын

    It depends on the person doing it. By starting lower and getting higher your increasing the strength of your ligaments (I think that is the one I'm not great with biology) but the point is if you slowly increment up you will be able to get higher and higher. Obviously there is a max limit you can push your body to but that will probably differ from person to person too. Hope this helped and stay safe.
