Bhai agar pain hai to exercise mat karo. Dabai kha lo yah rest injection jo bhi karna hai karke pehle dard ko kam karo. Uske baad exercise karna. Zyada faida hoga

Sir bahut bahut dhanyawad, me 3/4month se apki batayi sabhi exarsiz ka upyog kar raha hoo,or meri 'silp disk 'tha jo ab 90%recover ho chuka hai bus ,kabhi sidiya chadta hoo to pindi me dard hota hai (roz 6am se 8am walk karta hoo fir job par 9am.se 5pm.tak walk karta hoo kyuki meri job fild work hai sir)🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
