Even visualizing this is scary! But, will definitely give a try, But working in 9-5 makes it difficult. 1-1-1 journaling method has been a game changer for me.

So Sahil, I live with my parents and dinner isn’t served until 9, 10pm. At least 2-3hours before bed? I sleep at 2 and wake up at 8. There’s got to be some way to work this out? Maybe this is an answer itself

  • @matts9728

I agree. But do you ever feel like working out first thing kind of takes the wind out of your sails for getting work done? (interrupting that 5-8am work window) I really enjoy working out at 5am. But when I put that first, I'm not really diving into any work until 6:30+ and then the wife and kid are waking up, I'm a bit less fresh and focused from a hard workout, etc. I realize either work, just wondered if you prioritize one over the other.

@@Sahil_Bloom I was wondering this too. After working out + steam room, I just want to eat and read articles instead of diving into focused work. Matt, thanks for asking this! Hope you're able to effectively adapt too.

@@RahulKahani_ Same to you! It's a shame we have to choose between the two, haha. But I think I'll start move that work window before working out more often than before.
