Here's a link to where you can find that C E Ferulic acid: theformulated.com/products/c-...
.
CE Ferulic is a vitamin C serum formulated with 15% L-ascorbic acid to combine its powerful antioxidant benefits with vitamin E (1%) and 0.5% ferulic acid for advanced environmental protection and visible anti-ageing benefits.
.
What is vitamin C & why is it great as part of your skincare routine?
Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, is a powerful antioxidant that can provide many benefits for the skin when applied topically.
Collagen synthesis:
Vitamin C is essential for the production of collagen, a protein that gives skin its structure and elasticity. By promoting collagen synthesis, vitamin C can help to improve the skin’s firmness, reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and improve overall skin texture.
.
Brightening:
Vitamin C is known for its ability to brighten the skin and even out skin tone. It can help to reduce the appearance of age spots, hyperpigmentation, and other types of discoloration.
.
Sun protection:
Vitamin C can help to protect the skin from damage caused by UV rays and environmental toxins. It can also help to repair skin damage caused by sun exposure.
.
Anti-inflammatory:
Vitamin C has anti-inflammatory properties that can help to reduce redness and inflammation associated with ageing skin, acne and other skin conditions.
.
Antioxidant properties:
Vitamin C neutralises free radicals, molecules that can damage cells and contribute to ageing. By neutralising free radicals, vitamin C can help to protect the skin from damage and promote healthy ageing.
.
It’s important to note that Vitamin C can be unstable and can easily be degraded by light and air. It’s recommended to use Vitamin C products that are packaged in airtight, opaque containers to protect the Vitamin C from light and air. Also, it’s best to use a product with a pH close to the pH of the skin, to ensure optimal absorption and effectiveness.

I value this info, thank you.
Hey doc your skin looks good now
As usual amazing but the 'you gotta understand your formulations' comment there can be a bit bewildering to people. What exactly does that mean? Just understanding the % is enough or you need to understand the entire ingredients list and how to understand formulations if chemistry just isnt your thing?
thank you for this video very educational I just subscribe thank you from Amsterdam
Thanks for the info! A couple of drops? I have been using way too much!

Hi there, I have seen all this video and I found it very interesting for me, as I want to use vitamin c serum for my face I would like to ask you what acid contains serum I should choose if I have sensitive n itchy skin, I want to use the serum for anti aging and prefer at night. Please do reply and suggest me which acid or which brand I should choose ?

Hi, thank you for the precise video. One question, can I use peptides (cos de baha PC) after skinceuticals prevent serum 10? Thank you for the answer.
Would you be interested in making a video about WINLEVI (clascoterone) cream? Will it ever make its way to Australia?

Does vit c make skin photosensitive?? Can any type of laser treatment be done while using vit c ???
I loved the Banish Vitamin C creme, but then they went and changed the formula and now I wonder about repurchasing it because all I've seen since the formula change are negative comments. But it helped me so much and since I ran out, I've noticed my skin relapsing slightly. What exactly does the ingredient tetrasodium glutamate diacatate do? And what do they mean by "organic alcohol"?
Can you recommend a cheaper alternative to the skin ceuticals serum? I’m looking for a more cost effective vitamin c that is combined with vitamin e
Thank you ~
Thanks for the information! If I'm using prescription retinoic acid at night and I want to use vitamin C to help with hyperpigmentation, should I just stick with vitamin C in the morning and retinol at night, or should I alternate C and retinol at night?
I have melasma with a darker skin tone ...so if using vitamin c at night.... what would you recommend during the day for my melasma Thank you....
Grazie Dottore!..Io ho gran fiducia in lei ..seguo i suoi consigli con grande interesse..La ringrazio tantissimo..Complimenti per la professionalità! 👏💖⭐

I found that the littlextrea riceberry vitamin c face serum gives my skin more glowing and evens out my pale skin tone. It also reduced my fine lines. Now I use it consistently in my skin care routine. One more thing I noticed is that it speeds up wounds like scratches or marks from blemishes heal faster. In the morning, before leaving for the office, I use rice berry sunscreen and moisturizer on top of the serum. Before this, I tried decontrcts serum, but it did not give me any good results. Now I'm super happy with my current skin care routine, and I intend to stick with it for a long time.

Can vit c be used twice a day, As an antioxidant in the morning and as collagen builder at night??
@manmohanmp

Did u get the answer to this elsewhere?
@sunshine-cv1zg
Жыл бұрын
I guess the answer is Yes we can if our skin can tolerate because vit c is an acid and has a low pH, hence can irritate the skin.. also a broad spectrum sunscreen is a must . Moreover, not only vit c has collagen boosting and antioxidant properties..some other collagen boosters can be added to the skin care instead of using only vit c twice eg peptides of copper and other peptides, ceramides, retinoids, niacinamide, bakuchiol.

I’d be going off to see a dermatologist first and foremost before putting anything on your skin, especially products over the counter, that’s just my opinion on how you were explaining your symptoms of your skin. You don’t want to be making it more sensitive and irritated. 😢😢🇦🇺

@@jaydenkennett4728 I’m no Dr but I love researching different skincare products with a nursing background, I wouldn’t be using hydrocortisone for long periods of time on your face, that’s pretty harsh stuff to be putting on your face, I really think you need to see a dermatologist to get your skin back to it’s normal self, you’ll be waiting forever for this Dr to answer your question, your better off going and seeing someone local in your area and research the person, sounds like you require medical grade skincare that isn’t sold over the counter, there’s a Dr here on KZread that has his own brand of medical grade skincare products and they really do work, I’ll have to get back to you on his name, I’ve got brain fog at the moment but the brand is Osmosis and you could just type it into the search bar here on KZread and type in your symptoms.
