Not using them the same day. You can use other actives...But not at the same time with Vitamin A (retinol, tretinoin, adapele) to minimize or avoid irritation.
What recommendations of organic product lines? Like on Etsy because I noticed lots of people have sensitive skin and irritation

These organic brands can be as irritated as well. dont get trap...you need a simple fragrance free products. look at my empties or skin routines to see my products recommendation
My skin is soooo dry and getting dark. I will start the sunscreen and moisturizer. Any suggestions? I’ve been using it nightly. I’m on .01%

This is my 2nd month of using adapalene I’m still having lot of irritation.I’m using ganier toner and Neutrogena cleanser,then SA facial wash

yes...i dont recommend toner... look out for part 2 on Monday... it may takes up to 6 months , but follow my guide to avoid irritation. my tips 1 and 2 of this video.

The tretinoin cream you can buy it online... there are numerous compagny now :dermatica, curology, agency, apostrophe and so on....or ask your dermatology for prescription
