This is literally one of the best videos I have seen about sunlight and health. Once I learned about the power of the sun several years ago, I spent as much time as I could in sunlight during the warmer months to make up for lack of sunlight during winter. I can always tell the physical difference. I remember in November 2017, I got food poisoning and spent three days in doors very ill. I felt weak but decided to go outside for a walk because it was strangely warm. The moment the sunlight fluttered onto my skin, I could feel it being soaked into my body. I felt completely rejuvenated and my strength quickly began to come back. My ultimate goal is to relocate to a place where I can be in the sun all year round. Working inside makes me feel like I am stuck in some artificially lit box :P

This was very enlightening. Im am a dark skin black man. My technique includes eating large raw organic Kale and Parsley salads. I also take spirulina and chlorella with the salad to boost the chlorophyll. This feeds the melanin in the skin and helps it activate and increase my skin pigmentation. As a dark skin person I need more time in the sun. I did 1.5 hours today in the early afternoon with 90% of my body exposed to the sun. It was a hot summer day so I sweated profusely. Its been 2 days so far and I have gotten 2 shades darker. The pigmentation is very radiant and i love the way it looks. I have sun bathed for years and it makes me feel terrific. I never knew about sun gazing. I couldnt sun gaze in the morning so while i was laying on my back i looked into the sun with a very quick blink a few times. Less than 0.15/second each time. I could feel the photons go in my brain. The sun made my heart beat faster. I felt the energy and it is addictive and enjoyable. I listened to this video while sun bathing and took some time to thank God for the beautiful sun. Thank you for this terrific video.

This is so true. I feel relax and happier whenever I stroll in the morning to see the Sunrise. I also do the Sungazing. It helps you free from anxiety. Before, It is difficult for me to wake up early in the morning but since I am always excited to see the beautiful sunrise and clouds formation, my body clock now changed to waking up early. Thank you for the video. The magnificent Sun is delighted. :)

Big pharma & beauty industry have always done this, first they discredited our ghee and coconut oil to promote refined oils and non-sticks. Now they're pushing sunblocks in the name of anti-aging

One of the most informative videos on Sunlight and its importance ! Keep up the good job !! A valid point that since it is a lifestyle medicine and available for free no one preaches about it ! Pharma Cartels and corporates always advertise profitable things !

You are an angel for all of us.😍 One thing I realized that anything that is popular, artificial and fascinating in today's lifestyle is dangerous. Wherever we are not using our common sense, we are in trouble. Is common sense is not that common?😄

2 years later youtube put this in my feed not in my recommendations bc i typed sunlight and cough. I did it bc i just witnessed miracle. Been suffering dry cough to asthma almost whole day daily since i recovered from fever 5weeks ago. i know the benefits of the sun but i didn't get to experience its benefits instantly. This morning i sunbathed for 2 hrs, exposing my back especially. i feel better. I'll do it again. I'll make this part of my daily routine.
