What's your diet like, if you don't mind me asking. Do you eat seed oils?

Meat ,fish, vegetables, home made bread, pasta, all types of dairy, I only cook in self produced dripping, so no I do not eat seed oil. The only oil I consume is lots of olive oil usually on salads and pasta. @@pookiecatblue

If the sun could receive payment for its benefits, maybe our system would be able to embrace it.

I think ancient civilizations prob knew and embraced it. Hippocrates advised abstaining from food (type of fasting) for certain health issues centuries ago. I can’t help but wonder if we should or could be more advanced in health and medicine. Maybe I’m wrong.

Excellent interview and great app. I had breast cancer 10 yrs ago and convinced it was due to very low D. A year prior I was put on a one time 50000 IU vit D RX but dr.only said he was worried about effects on my heart. Now I do not use sunscreen and living a much healthier life with lchf way of eating and getting my vit D daily using the app. Wonderful. 👍

Great book and great app. For me, Vitamin D from the sun has been part of the solution, along with a Carnivore/Ancestral way of eating. I am learning about the importance of mitochondria in cancer and chronic diseases- my wake up call was an autoimmune syndrome. Also learning about the importance of getting the full spectrum of light not just UVB.

Thanks so much for this information and the app! It’s only been a few weeks but I feel amazing from getting more sunshine without sunscreen.

Fantastic video. Thank you. Would be very interesting to compare covid outcomes in sunbed users vs none sun bed users.

116 nm is not enough but if you are expressing ng then 100 is enough.

Vitamin D is part of the light puzzle. Get outside as much as possible at different times of the day to benefit from the whole spectrum of visible and invisible light. Avoid artificial light at night. Dr Max Gulhane on YT is good to listen to about this. Diet - Dr Thomas Seyfried’s interview with Dr Anthony Chaffee on the metabolic theory of cancer on YT. The ketogenic diet and fasting for cancer is covered by Dr Matt Phillips here on YT.
