After preheating do i need to take out oven thermometer or let it inside till cakes or cookies are baked?

Mam I do my macron.. 140c to prehit 10 minit...but after baking my macaron not caming proper... otg .52 leter marffi recharged ovan I have so give idia

Hi By panel temp you mean setting the temp through knob outside Maam like i have tried putting for 20 mins but my temp got gigh and its not getting constant

Ma'am i placed oven thermometer in my oven and at 110degrees with both rods to preheat for 10 min but it reached 200 degress in 5 min only. How should i set my temp im confused

It's very high ya.. get it serviced once - change the thermostat of your OTG
