1. Put a wire rack in the oven.
2. Put a thermometer in the middle of the oven.
3. Set the oven temperature to 180C for 10 minutes.
4. After the timer has stopped, check the thermometer temperature and compare it with the pre-set oven temperature.
*Remember: Do not open the oven door during the whole process
