best a6400 - underrated video!
Is there a way to access the camera footage while the USB mode is in PC Remote mode on the camera? I tried the Auto Mode, in which case I was able to access the footage (both images & videos) but the remote app on my PC wouldn't connect with the camera in this Auto Mode. Do we need to keep switching between PC remote Mode and Auto Mode / Mass Storage Mode for using the PC Remote app and accessing media separately? Thanks

Thank you for your explanation, simple and straight! I have the same a6400 and the setting only has one minus: must use the USB cable from the camera set itself. I tried some long USB Cables around and all are not detected in my PC.

@@WasayTech i agree, you should have many more views as i went through three videos before i found you and got it to work in under 5 min. i recommend playing around with chat gpt and a free AI to create some eye catching thumbnails. anyways, thank you so much for the help! much love and the best of luck.

Would this work with my A6300
I have the same exact settings as yours. Ive used this previously as well but today it just does not work. Same settings from the camera, it says that the camera is not connected check usb or network connection, please helo

Have you try using the cable that came with the cam? I just tried several minutes ago with other USB Cables, my PC won't detect the cam.
Please it is not working for me. Also I am using a new version mac so no USB port but I used an adapter to connect to mac but it still wont work . help

Try connecting to different usb port and make sure your camera is powered on
