Do you have any tips on what I should use if I don’t have parchment or baking paper Would I be able to oil the container instead?

If ur container is non stick of good quality.. h don’t need to do anything.. otherwise yes u can lubricate the tray with oil or butter .. personally I lubricate the tray with melted ghee for a very nice flavor .. btw while using oil plz make sure it doesn’t have a very strong smell .. hope these tips help u ..

Sure, I have 3 suggestion for you - (1) grease the baking tray (even if it is non-stick)/butter paper with oil/butter. Ghee gives a very good aroma as well. I prefer it. When using oil, plz make sure it does not hv a very strong smell. (2) Brush the patties with egg wash in a different plate and then place them on the tray/butter paper. (3) Do not apply egg wash at the bottom of the pastry. Please let me know if these suggestions helped and which one .. :)
