I made the veg.patties, and they turned out great. Thank you. Wendy regarding the samosas, I don't have a big square griddle to slightly roast the pastry . Can I just bake it in a pan for a few seconds? Please suggest what else can I do, as I am keen on making the samosas.

But I do have a question regarding the samosas. As you mentioned you need a square grill to toast the homemade pastry , Which I don't have . Can I just roast it slightly in the oven for a second or two. Will that be good . Or can you suggest something different?

Jacky, when you talked it out if the freezer keep it in the fridge to defrost. That should take about 5-6 hours.

Hi Wendy just made yr tuna cutlets and served them with red pepper chutney n the kids really enjoyed to them. Yr patties look just like the ones we get in Bombay, flaky and delicious. Can you please let me know which brand of puff pastry u used, thanks Connie.

How long does one need to thaw out the pastry before use? It's not straight from the freezer, is it? In India all these pastry cases need to be stored in the freezer.

The Puff Patties have a vegetable filling. If you don’t want to brush with egg wash you could use milk or cream.
