How to use EFT Tapping to Accelerate Healing | Jack Canfield

I am always looking for a quicker and more efficient way to release blocks and achieve goals. EFT Tapping is one of the greatest discoveries I have made. bit.ly/2IpgqQA
It consists of identifying a physical pain, negative emotions like fear, guilt and anxiety, or a limiting belief, and then tapping on 9 acupressure points in a specific order as you concentrate on that pain or belief until it is released, sometimes within a matter of minutes.

My brother is very ill with extreme chemical sensitivities and his life is really miserable . I hope he will do the tapping to help heal his brain and body of the chemical sensitivity problem, because when you heal the amygdala and the limbic part of the brain , the chemical sensitivities heal .

I’ve done this every night for a year. I lay on my back in bed and go through the entire nine tapping points- - I start out with the side tapping of the handThen I focus on whatever pain emotion I have for a minute or so then do the deep breathing. Then roll over and go to sleep I cannot tell you how much its helped me

Wow... I've been looking into the pharmaceutical companies lately it's unbelievable how corrupt they are, your GP will always convince you to take pills because they get paid to convince people to take pills, no matter how bad those pills are.. Go to the docs with depression they don't talk about healthy eating or changing things in your life.. They stick you on pills with damaging side effects often without a second thought You've inspired me to go natural 😊 Hope you are still doing well

As an EFT tapping practitioner since 2007, I've literally witnessed countless miracles and spontaneous healings with so many of my clients too. I actually HAVE tried this before. I am a former athlete and had always been active and in good shape. In 2010 I woke up to excruciating back pain out of the blue. My conventional doctor prescribed "usual" concoction of pain killers, muscle relaxants and steroids. He said I would be as good as new in about two weeks. However, two YEARS later I was still barely able to move. I was truly at the end of my rope. Out of desperation I tried everything under the sun, and finally sought out a naturopathic doctor. Amazingly tapping and heart math helped more than anything else I'd tried. I can't explain it - but it did :) Thanks, Jack, for sharing this valuable information!

I was essentially panicking / hyperventilating before starting the tapping… and I HIGHLY recommend you try this is you’re also feeling lost within your feelings. I tapped on the thought of “even though I have the tendency to want to self harm when experiencing overwhelmingly big emotions, I still love and completely accept myself” and I even broke that up more & tapped as I talked myself through it.. “it makes sense that I would initially go to this feeling, because it was one I relied on so heavily in the past. My body is familiar with this unhealthy coping skill… but I am working HARD to find more helpful coping skills when feeling overwhelmed & I AM doing it! i AM succeeding! I am tapping instead of hurting myself!! “ and wowwie. the sobs that happened during this were a huge release. I feel much more calm & at peace (though still have some other emotional stuff I can work through soon too). I don’t feel that desire right now & I wonder how it will go in the future when / if it comes up again. Tapping is such a wonderful tool to put in my kit. thank you for this video AND for ending with a meditation. I really needed it.

I had an accident with our dog taking me into a split rail fence. Hitting my head so hard it blew my shoulder complexly out. I’d love to beat the next 4 surgeries before May. They totally had to rebuild my shoulders and after the second surgery I was the 1 in 600 that gets the wrist and hand and loss of grip with lots of swelling and sharp pain And by the time they did my surgeries my biceps had grown down my sides as my Humeruseses bones were right above my breasts. Anyway that took so long I had huge amounts of scar tissue so I’d like to live with no pain and be back in my bed. And not have to have these surgeries. So I’m going to be doing lots of this tapping and listening to your KZread videos. I want to open my healing center that we were about to have a grand opening with when this happens. So let’s see how this works I’m optimistic. I’ve been visualizing myself stronger than before and how I want to be I just haven’t used the tapping before. Thank you for this gift.

I am willing to try anything to rid myself of the worse OCD anxiety ever imaginable. I don't have friends or a partner for over 20 years because irregardless of how awesome I am my anxiety steals away all joy, time and makes me look crazy. I get to the end of the video and he says something that meant minor problems, what I have isn't minor but I'll still try (although he made me believe it won't work for me).

I really hope you persevered as EFT is very effective for both minor and acute issues. It is used a lot to help war veterans suffering with severe PTSD. The results are amazing. Working with a qualified EFT practitioner is often a good idea to get the support you may need and best results.

There is no reason it can't work for you. A lot of people have severe anxiety and depression issues, like yourself and have said this is the only thing that worked. There are a lot of information videos that explain it in different ways. There is likely something for OCD as well. Did you find something on tapping more suited for your issues, and how are you now? Hope it helped.

This whole technique works because of the law of attraction. The tapping is simply a way to keep you active as you are manifesting and visualizing your thoughts and making them come to life. That’s why EFT Tapping works. Absolutely genius Jack.

EFT releases energy from the physical and energetic body which shifts our vibration thus enabling us to manifest what we desire.

  • @saintejeannedarc9460

I don't think it's about law of attraction either. Other channels will show the energy meridian, that they have proved exist by injecting contrast dye. Tapping is a manual way to apply accupressure to meridian points and have these meridians flowing freely. Emotions get trapped in the body, causing all sorts of physical symptoms. Anxiety and depression are also physical symptoms from too much cortisol and such, getting stuck in fight or flight. That was one of the better explanations I saw, as to why tapping works.

How much did it help and what was your method? All these videos are a bit different. Some only cycle through twice, starting w/ the negative thing you are working on. Then a postive cycle to release it. Then they say the issue will resolve in time. W/ severe anxiety or depression, that doesn't just lift. it can take some time for the stress hormones to subside.

What you should say on the first tapping on the hand is different to the rest of the points of tapping? The fist tapping he said you should say even though I have ... I love and accept myself. But the other ones are just - I have whatever ....Really not clear
