I have the same issue but i have a samsung but should be the same process. I just can't reach into the hose inside because the barrel is too big for me to see. Hopefully i can unclog it from the drain side. Great vid!

Do you have any videos showing next steps for diagnosis if the hose is not clogged? I believe I may have a failing pump but am not familiar with how to proceed/diagnose such. Great detailed video btw

Was it a drain pump we changed out drain pump and its still stuck sounding like it is draining

The tip of my neighbor's hose looks chewed or yanked out of the wall it was in. Now it won't go back in. I'm assuming a new hose is what she needs.

I removed all hoses attached to the pump because no water is coming out of the hoses, even using a shop vac. I cant drain the drum even with the hoses completely removed. It is still full of water and not even leaking out with hoses removed. Im stumped. I have no idea how to proceed. Please help!

Is there a reason you don't remove the black hose from the other side of the pump to check for possible clog?

Thanks for watching & that’s always the next step however it’s most commonly building a clog at this end.

Hello. I was getting an LD error code on my washer. I took out the drum, removed a hand towel from the tub and cleaned out all the hoses, checked the pumps for obstructions, and while at it, replaced the bearings and shaft since they were rusty. I'm still getting an LD error and when running diagnostics, I got an F32 error. Do you have any idea what may be going on? The washer is not draining and making a gurgling sound.

Thanks for watching, any update? The LD references (Long Drain)…which can be caused by a…well…soon from completely failing Drain Pump. The F32 will also be triggered in this case. Thanks for watching, any update? The dryer vent exhaust ducting will be separate from washer drain hose. We recommend carefully removing washer drain hose and verifying its clean and clear. Keep us posted.

Thanks for watching Jody, it can be a few different things including a clothing article, pump filter never cleaned, household plumbing backup/blockage.
