Bro I'm telling you, your un-f*ck series is the most valuable thing I've come across on the internet. Thank you.

Agree. In last hour I learned about my body more than in my entire life and I do sports and movement from childhood, … and my biggest discovery of tonight is that my tongue alignment is totally f*ck up 😢 now I understand why I have this stiffness in front of my chest and neck when meditating, … I only met one person in my life previously who has knowledge and that person told me I need to learn how to walk again. it was shocking yet this videos continue this. I wonder often why this kind of knowledge about body, kinesiology, muscle, movement they don’t teach at schools, this should be learned from childhood as is it vital for your life and quality of lifestyle. Not Fck mathematics or other bul*shits . In summary his amazing. Wishing him millions of followers

@@conorharris way better than that other non pri researcher
Changing my breathing habits from chest to abdominal inhalation fixed about 40% of my neck problems, and it only took a couple months of periodic mindful checkins throughout each day to permanently change the habit.

Bro. Your knowledge in these videos is most impressive. Hats off. Just realized, after watching this and doing a bit my own research, that I have posterior tongue tie. Knowledge leads progress.
This really works. Felt relief instantly! Thanks Conor!
Keep it coming Conor. This stuff is critical
Thanks man for the excellent free info 👏👏
The way you seat beside that dude, laying down, brings in mind situations that require dimming the lights, have some wine, light the fireplace, then perform the excercise... Apart from the funny images that come through my head, it seems that you connect many issues that tend to be postural to the way we breathe. I found that to be quite true and your videos helped me a lot. Thanks a lot mate!
Conner, I love your work, I have studied with pri for 9 years and find you to be a wonderful presenter with a gift for communicating truth to me and my clients. Because I share your material with clients often, I respectfully ask if you'd consider how headlining your videos with the slang term unf___ harms what a gifted and professional educator you are to those you seek to help. Please keep making great contact and consider one old guys request. Thank you
It's disturbing when you start to focus on tension in your body just how much we carry around all day, sometimes even when we sleep. Fantastic content man. The gift that keeps on giving. ❤
thanks for the video bro!
Could you link to the research that shows a link between breathing and survival..? Great video!

"theres a lot of research that suggests if you can't breathe, you die" Got me dead
Conor have you ever experienced phrenic nerve compression in the neck scalenes?
"A lot of research suggests that if you can't breathe, you die." That was a really good one, +1⃣ point for you. I actually lol'd.
Did you have thoracic outlet surgery? I am asking because your scar near your collarbone is similar to mine.
Primera latina no lo se, pero guao gracias por este material graruito. Manos a la obra
First of all, thank you Connor, I'm learning SO MUCH from your vids! When i get into #1 position, i feel like my neck is really cocked back and airway slightly pinched (towel or no towel). Arching the back (and flaring the ribs) or propping the head up a little with a pillow, frees the airway. I guess i have very low upper spine mobility? Should i do exercise #1 with a pillow then? anybody have any experience?
Inner Rotation (pegs /subscap) to strong/thight---> Bad shoulder Blade postition----> levator wants to compensate--- > pulls Neck in Forward head posture.... maybe you have forgot in yout vid....
Hey man, question. You mentioned that accessory muscles of inhalation like the scalenes and scm are overworked when there is faulty breathing mexhanics, so if these muscles, not designed to constantly create inhalation but facilitate it, are overworked constantly i would asume they not only become tight but also weak, right? So apart from breathing correctly, would you personally strengthen the scalenes and scm?
Thanks for this! I definitely have a tongue tie and a plethora of neck issues... Does it mean to have a frenotomy? Would you have a contact in the UK to follow this up?
Thanks for the interesting video. What if someone has one of the molars removed many years ago? Can you fix the imbalance without installing implants?

I've been struggling with this. Honestly, you just really have to practice these breathing strategies. Lots. But not so much that it's causing you stress. He has a video where you are on your knees and you have a pillow and you roll it up and put it so it prevents the front lower ribs from flaring and your belly from inflating too much. it's been helpful to me. A lot of his stuff didn't work for me until I learned about how to create intra-abdominal pressure though, so if it's not working, I'd recommend checking out Mark Suski's video on the topic :)

I am not sure if the rugae exists only if you have poor tongue posture. ". It is worth examining the rugae, for they will be flattened if there is good contact but remain proud if the tongue does not regularly compress them." from The Cause Of Malocclusion - Reading The Face
What if someone has ACNES and active nerve irritation and severe pain?

It’s not really talked about all too much, but there’s definitely a relationship between neck breathers and those with hiatal hernia. It’d be really interesting to get your opinion on that condition from a PRI perspective, like what patterns cause it and ways to work out of it.

Why are the legs always in that position when doing exercises? What are the benefits?
Laying down flat with bent legs is not a good position for lumbar spine as it straighten out the lumbar curve.

Not really, to be honest. Lots of things can get small, temporary changes
The feet and the mouth have a huge significance on overall health
a client feel his shoulderblades while full breath in

Do your hips have to be on the ground in exercise #1? They look like they are raised - optical illusion perhaps?

I seem to be having trouble not feeling my neck when breathing in. Im supporting it with a towel and breathing in really low and slow through my nose. Is it okay if I can only inhale for 2-3 seconds until feeling my neck and just work my way up, or am I doing something wrong.

@@Patrick-rr2qw Yes I have, and it made a big difference for me! It definitely didn't solve all my problems but there was an immediate noticeable difference in the tension throughout my body, and I feel it was a key piece to helping me begin to unravel a lot of other parts of the overall picture. A myofunctional therapist and/or airway-focused dentist is who I'd recommend seeing to assess if it's something that could benefit you. Most dentists aren't trained to recognize or understand tongue tie beyond a very specific presentation.
